The accommodation is centrally located in a quiet and beautiful area with a short distance to the shopping center (5min) and Ålesund (25 min). Living room with open kitchen solution and entrance with soundproofed ceiling, new floor and painted surfaces. Private entrance. Kitchen has everything you need and fridge with freezer. Bathroom renovated in 2020. Nice outdoor area with nice view, trampoline, play equipment and toys that children can use. 5 beds with 4 beds. One is a bunk bed.

Enjoy the beautiful sunset from our spacious porch, or walk down to the lake. Great fishing areas right in front of the house. Beautiful Ålesund is only 10 minutes away from the home. Strandafjellet ski resort is about 1 hour by car.

Otherwise you have Moa, a large shopping center that is only 15-20 minutes away by car. Short walk to Devoldfabrikken which is a cozy outlet center. With many well-known brands, artists and cafes.

Du kan fiske rett fra kaikanten eller leie motorbåt og utforske den fiskerike Borgundfjorden. Stedet ligger like utenfor fantastiske Ålesund ! Med hurtigbåt fra Langevåg er du i Ålesund sentrum på 10 min, med egen bil tar det 30 min å kjøre. Det er kun 500m til nærmeste dagligvarebutikk.

Vakker beliggenhet på Ålesunds ytterste øy, nær hav og fjell, med nydelig utsikt over fjord, fjell og Sunnmørsalpene. Vi bor selv i huset, og deler vaskerommet i kjelleren. Dette bruker vi minst mulig ved besøk. Leiligheten er et utmerket utgangspunkt for opplevelser i Ålesund og omegn. Mulighet for å leie motorbåt(40hk) og fiskeutstyr/vannski/Tube

Vår flotte hytte ved sjøen, ligger kun en kort kjøretur unna vakre Ålesund. Området tilbyr en blanding av naturopplevelser, kultur og historie- noe som gjør det til et fantastisk reisemål! Her finnes alle bekvemmeligheter man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. Her kan du nyte soloppgangen som speiler seg i sjøen om morgenen og på kvelden kan du se på stjernene mens du slapper av i jacuzzien. Er man ekstra heldig kan man også erfare nordlyset danse over himmelen. Med andre ord; nyt!

Cozy basement apartment with decent standard. Consisting of one bedroom with double bed, hallway, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The standard is ok inside. The apartment is located in fantastic Blomvika with immediate proximity to the sea. Beautiful view from the apartment. In the bedroom there is room for a baby bed or mattress on the floor. Bright, spacious apartment with beautiful fjord views just outside Ålesund. A perfect base for exploring Sunnmøre while still being close to the city. Recently renovated, fully equipped with a lovely veranda and nature right outside the door. Guests may also rent our boathouse with SUP boards, fishing gear and a fire pan. Shops, restaurants and Moa shopping mall are only a few minutes away. Free parking, and EV charging may be available by arrangement (additional fee)

Peaceful and cozy apartment on the 1st floor in a semi-detached house. Rural yet close to Ålesund and Moa Shopping Center. Proximity to nice hiking areas and to the lake. By car to: Ålesund city center 20 min Moa Shopping Center 10 min Langevåg 12 min It is also possible to drive to Langevåg to leave the car there to take the speedboat over to Ålesund. This takes about 10 minutes. Then you will arrive right in the city center of Ålesund without a car.

For guests who stay more than two nights will be available also washing machine and dryer. Parking for one car will be provided for free next to the apartment.
