This is a perfect peaceful retreat for those looking for a getaway amongst nature on the Suffolk Heritage Coast - a perfect base to explore nearby Snape, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Recently renovated with mezzanine living, guests have the entire Lodge to themselves with a private entrance, terraced area for outside dining/bbq and off road parking. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's peaceful, tranquil & relaxing. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, painters & anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for another person or couple on request. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Set in the lovely village of Westleton, the charming, detached Bothy was developed in 2016 into a one bedroom, self contained chalet, in the grounds of a larger house. Decorated in a welcoming style, it is ideal for a couple looking to enjoy RSPB Minsmere, Dunwich beach, Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh. The Bothy has its own parking space with access to 7Kwh car charger for which there will be a small charge. It is an ideal location for walking/ cycling from the door of the property.

Located just outside Wenhaston on a quiet country lane, the Cottage is tucked away off-road. It’s secluded and tranquil with aspects towards the trees of the garden and the neighbouring paddocks. The bird feeder by the patio attracts garden birds plus occasional visitors which may include woodpeckers, pheasants, hawks, warblers and rabbits. Nightingales and owls can sometimes be heard. Although peaceful, we’re within easy reach of the coast.
