Stuben a.A. liegt 10 Autominuten entfernt. Dort kann man in eines der besten Skigebiete der Welt, Ski Arlberg, einsteigen. Alternativ fährt auch ein Bus zu beiden Skigebieten. Die Bushaltestelle ist 200m entfernt. 150 m von der Wohnung entfernt liegt ein Bäcker sowie ein Fitnesscenter mit Sauna.
