Vacation rentals with a patio in Stichtse Vecht

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

O AP está localizado no coração de Utrecht, limpo e completo. Nos sentimos em nossa casa e a vontade para utilizar tudo que o AP oferecia. Recomendamos e possivelmente voltaremos outras vezes. Foi Ótimo dormir e acordar com a charmosa Torre da cidade em nossa varanda !

Me alojé en este apartamento durante unos días y la experiencia fue excelente. Todo estaba limpio, bien equipado y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación es muy práctica, y el ambiente tranquilo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. ¡Lo recomiendo !

AMAZING week long stay!! Home is beautiful and in great location to walk to everything we needed. 15 min walk from Amsterdam central train station, lots of canals, cafes, & bikes!! Anne Frank House close. Perfect spot to enjoy King’s Day!!! Home is just as described, clean, had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations!!

My family and I had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Arild’s home! This area of Amsterdam is easily one of our favourites. It’s very peaceful and scenic and by the Amstel river, close to centrum (centre of the city) and public transportation. There are lots of great parks, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Arild was pleasant and quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns we had. We would definitely stay again!

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Mit dem Bus 21, der um die Ecke abfährt, kommt man in 25 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Peter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, da Amsterdam sehr teuer ist. Alles war perfekt.

We had a very nice stay and the house was nice. There is a lot of space for 4 people. The couch was very comfortable and the facilities worked well. The only thing was that the dishwasher was still packed and the water pressure wasn’t great. Furthermore I would definitely recommend to stay here for a few days. Host is friendly and easy to get in contact with. Great stay.

Great house with lots of space. Very well equipped, clean and located in quiet neighborhood and very close to restaurants, stores, water canal, playgrounds. Great communication with hosts, very proactive and helpful. Plenty of room on lovely backyard with in-ground trampoline, bicycles, lounge room, bbq grille and many more. Quartier calme, fromager ambulant présent à notre arrivée sur place, le jeudi. Logement agréable et fonctionnel. Literie très confortable. Proche d’Amsterdam, 10 mn en voiture puis métro à l’ Arena , parking relais P1, tarif avec ticket de métro à 6€. Visite de keukenhof, magnifique avec toutes les tulipes.

Wir waren in der Unterkunft leider nur drei Tage, aber der Aufenthalt war wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hell, sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage sehr ruhig, morgens Vogelkonzert, abends die Natur im schönen Garten genießen. Trotzdem ist Amsterdam mit der Metro schnell erreichbar. Jeremy ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, antwortet schnell auf Rückfragen, sehr freundlich, gesprächig und hilfsbereit. Wir hoffen es gibt eine Gelegenheit bald wiederzukommen!

5-star stay!! Highly recommend this home! This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family (husband and 2 yr old son) Tijntji was an amazing host amd quite accommodating as she went out of her way to provide a travel crib for my son! The place is beautiful and cozy with a homey feeling. The location was set in a small town that is very walkable and close to restaurants, grocery shopping, and the canal. Tijntji provided wonderful local recommendations and gave great instructions for anything we needed to know. We will definitely be staying here when we visit the Netherlands again.

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

Great apartment, really convenient to get into the city centre by tram. The only downside was no curtains or blinds in the living room for the evenings. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. The key safe could be a bit tricky to spot if you arrive in the dark as it's on the other side of the road and was behind a couple of bikes when we were there!
