Vacation rentals with lake access in Stenungsund Municipality

The house is cozy and comfortable, everything is very lovingly arranged. The large terrace, which is not shown in the pictures, is also very nice. Unfortunately, a great stock of trees prevents the view of the bay in summer. The grill was a bit rusty, not surprising in the maritime climate, so we didn't use it. Many destinations are easily accessible, e.g. the archipelago, the Väner or Gothenburg.

The house has almost met expectations, perhaps a small maintenance in some places would make it even more comfortable.

This was an amazing place for peace and tranquility. Robert greeted us on our arrival and kindly showed us around. The coastal view from the deck was spectacular. We were able to take advantage of the kayak and the bikes. The house was spacious for the four of us with room to spare. This is a hidden gem and will be a place to return to.

The house was exactly as described. Loved the recommendations book for activities to do in the area. Ulla was also responsive and friendly.

Excellent, very good and tastefully decorated, cozy house. Very well equipped kitchen, very clean bathroom. Everything corresponded to the description. Beautiful swimming coves within walking distance. Very nice excursions by bicycle are also possible.

Very nice wooden house that blends harmoniously into the rocky landscape, surrounded by other wooden houses in a quiet location. Tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds and a small very nice bathroom. We had extremely cozy evenings by the fireplace and hot tub. The shared breakfast on the spacious wooden terrace overlooking the water was always a great start to the day.

In the house there was plenty of room for 2 families - lovely bright and clean. The house was a bit chilly for what we're used to. The house is located in the most beautiful area that can clearly be recommended to visit and be experienced. We thank you for some lovely autumn days in beautiful surroundings!

We spent 5 days in Kenneth and Malene’s house, we were 2 families with 2 kids 2yo. They live on the upper floor and were very welcoming and helpful in giving us several information. Check in, check out and comminication were great, Fast and easy. We had a bit of bad luck with weather, but we were able to enjoy the barbecue and jacuzzi, which are definetly a plus. The house is very well organized with all the necessary kitchen tools and room enough for all us, especially the living room where our kids played most of the time. Malene was so kind to give our kids lots and lots of toys they played with. would have been Perfect to have a second bathroom as we struggled a bit with the kids, but we were aware of that. The location is good, the sea is just in front of the house and we also had the possibilities to use their kayak, but we did not cause of weather. It is a good starting point to visit all the west coast. In the end we had a very nice and relaxing stay. Thanks a lot and see you

We had a really great stay during the winter time which is lovely because it’s quite and calm, we had very good hosts which have been helpful and very friendly. The flat with the great view over the lake was just a place to relax and enjoy.

Everything was really great! The only downside was that they lacked hangers and a wardrobe. Next time we come to Marstrand, we will gladly rent this apartment again and will recommend it warmly.

Great stay with lots of games and all the necessary equipment for children. Our daughter loved the trampoline!!

I am probably a little biased, as I had been in the area many times throughout my life, and I've always loved this old town part of Kungälv. The buildings are made up of lots of historic landmarks. There is a beautiful old church nearby with stunning interior craftsmanship and design. The river walk, with lots of pretty water fowl and gardens is bare a minute from the location. And a couple minutes walk beyond all of these is an ancient fortress, first built in 1308, looking out over the river that runs all the way up to Stockholm from the west coast. The property has all the amenities one could need, and while its close to everything, its very private and peaceful. The owners are super proactive and respond quickly to any questions. I could go on, but I think its enough to say this is as advertised, and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend 👌

Jessica was very friendly and made us aware of possible activities in the village during the stay. We spent 3 nights at the place during our Sweden round trip. It was very clean and cozy. Everything you needed for cooking was there. We were able to relax very well in the house and on the terrace. The animals on the farm were very sweet. From the property, we made excursions: - Gothenburg -Tresticklan National Park -Fjallbäcka - At the swimming lake 100 m from the house. The location is quiet and very relaxing due to the proximity to the lake.

Lovely cabin with a magical porch and floating terraces. 🌞 Everything you could want from barbecue, games, rowboat, TV, lake dive, good kitchen with everything, spa. A nearby walking route. A little close to a neighbor but it went well. Great recommendation.

Very nice little accommodation in an incredibly nice environment! Great host couple who were quick to respond and were nice and very accommodating! Nothing to complain about at all that lowers the rating but some things to know! The mattresses in the bed (if you pull it out and sleep two there) are quite thin so the spoons feel through some - probably ok for some, pretty much onas if you are sensitive to things like that (or pregnant like me😅) The cottage is small. There is no problem overall except that it is not possible to sit at the table if the bed is pulled out - so either you can make it up or be ok with sitting and eating in the bed ☺️ The door to the toilet is very slow and we never dared to fully close. Not a problem for us as comfortably married couple, but again maybe something that some people felt uncomfortable with! The cottage is located in the family garden. Nothing that we had any concern with at all as the family was never out while we were there, but no really private location. But overall a great place to stay!

Amazing what was housed in such a small cottage. We were in transit, and what we needed for our stay was available. There was nothing missing. We were able to end the day with a short stroll by the nearby water. Great that you didn't hear anything from the proximity of the highway. Thank you, Paula

We (a family of four and a dog) had a wonderful stay. It's nicely isolated with great walks right outside the door. In addition, a good base for experiencing the archipelago.

We stayed at Jessica’s place for three nights. The house is beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect if you’re looking for a place to unwind from daily routines. The veranda and garden are ideal for enjoying good weather and long summer evenings. Last but not least, the house was spotless! Definitely recommended!
