This completely newly built guest house is located on our sea plot and access to a large jetty with swimming ladder and grill is available, as well as a berth for boats that do not go deeper than 2.5 m (at extremely low water 2 m). Nice cottage of 42 sqm, 4 beds with the sea a few steps away. Outdoor barbecue with dining area and lounge area. Spacious terrace and large lovely lawn for playing and games. Nice glazed conservatory for cozy evenings. Maybe you can see the deer when they come to the house! Free parking in the yard. You can easily take the car or bus to the best places on Tjörn and Orust. Animals are welcome, maximum of two, please not on furniture and beds. It costs SEK 250 when a dog or cat is included in the accommodation.

Bathrobe distance to newly-renovated sauna and to saltwater swimming at the jetty a little bit below the house. Röreviken is a child-friendly and popular area close to Stenungsund, just 5 minutes from the house.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.
