In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust, there are many excursion destinations. You can, for example, fish for crabs in the sea, take a boat to Åstol, visit Göksäter on Orust, hike the Bohusleden etc. Departure cleaning is done by the guest, checklist for cleaning and materials are provided in the cottage. It is possible to book departure cleaning, subject to time, at a cost of SEK 1,200.

Luxury villa with pool close to the sea

Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. Closest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Perfect starting point for day trips to Gothenburg or the west coast's wonderful archipelago: Marstrand, Tjörn and Orust. The house has an open plan, two bedrooms, sofa bed in the TV room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet with shower. Close to train, bus and shops (1 km). The whole house, and the terrace, has got a integrated music system from Bang Olufsen. All the bedrooms has got new big Samsung The Frame screens. The entire house has got electric curtains for your convenience. This house is in mint condition. Outside at the terrace you could sit in the lounge set or enjoy the Jacuzzi while looking at the ocean!

The house on the mountain by the sea

Relax with the family in this peaceful home, near the sea. Go down to the bathrobe and take a bath the first thing you do or take a walk in the woods. Take a ride with the kids down to the water and fish for crabs. Pick blueberries for breakfast a bit away from the house. The house is located at the end of the street so you are not bothered by any traffic. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the photos is not in use at the moment but there is a wood-fired sauna raft that we are happy to help you book.

Welcome to our house at a quiet getaway island 'Lilla Askerön' one hour north of Gothenburg. During 2020 the house was fully renovated to a modern standard but keeping the soul from 1962. Please note! Bedroom no 3 is situated in another small annex, appr 30 meters away from the house. No kitchen or bathroom there. There is an additional fee if you would like to use it, when you are less than 6 persons. Please note! Bedlinen and towels not included and you must clean the house before leaving.

3min from E6 and 30min to Gothenburg City. Magical location with 35m for morning & evening swim. Stenungsund Square, Tjörn and Orust are 2min from the house with car! View of Hakefjord and Tjörn opposite the bedroom window! There is fantastic forest with Svartedalen nature area where Bohusleden includes only 7min by car! Nice bike paths on Stenungsön, Stora Höga, Furufjäll etc. Golf courses such as. Stenungsunds GK, Tjörns GK and others within minutes. Everything is perfect!

Experience Bohuslän from the beautiful Stora Askerön. Close to Tjörn, Orust and lots of other excursions. Here you will find peace and wonderful nature. Everything from saltwater swimming from jetties or beach a few minutes walk from the house, to wonderful walks in fantastic forest where trails start just behind the house. Our house is decorated with new fresh furniture (2021). New from September 2024 is that the hot tub can be used (available on the balcony).
