Cozy house, right by the ocean.

Enjoy the sounds of nature while staying at this unique place. Here you wake up to sea views as well as greenery. In this house there is a bunk bed as well as 2 sofa beds, well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The house is located 15m from the beachfront as well as from the municipal swimming area Källsnäs swimming area, where there is a nice long jetty that leads out to a rustic dressing room that then leads you to nice swimming opportunities. Nearby are also nice walking paths. You are shared with other residents of other houses.

Cottage right next to nice lake on the West Coast

Peaceful cottage close to nice natural areas with possibility of comfortable swimming in lake, forest walks, berry and mushroom picking as well as nice lookouts in the nearby area. At the cottage there is a larger swimming area with kiosk. During the summer, the kiosk in the swimming area is open in nice weather. For four weeks, V. 27-30, Hällungens Fritidsförening offers swimming school for children from 4 years. You can also find hidden oases in other bays around the lake. The cottage is located 6 miles (60 km) north of Gothenburg.

Fresh, newly renovated and wintery cottage with a fantastic natural location for rent on Södra Stenungsön, where there is a lot of nature and small settlement. The cottage is located in wind sheltered, secluded location next to forest, bordering nature reserve, but is still only 5 min per car to Stenungsund. It is modernly equipped, has sea view, and 3 terraces that provide sun all day, jetty, sandy beaches, close to municipal beach with jumping tower etc. Rofed recreation in forest and sea environment and fishing

A peaceful place with a charming house of 80 m² on a large, lovely plot with sunlight from morning to night and sea glimpses. Only 150 meters to the sea and jetty for swimming and crab fishing. Perfect starting point for day trips to Gothenburg or the west coast's wonderful archipelago: Marstrand, Tjörn and Orust. The house has an open plan, two bedrooms, sofa bed in the TV room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet with shower. Close to train, bus and shops (1 km). This is a beautiful country house with the woods and the sea next to you. A house to enjoy, in a quiet area with walking distance to the woods and the sea for bathing, boat and beach. Bath-bridge and marina for boats. The house have a lovely feeling of peace and quiet with a nice setting with a balcony and patios for all the weather. Nearby there is grocery store, pizzeria, pharmacy. About 15 km to Stenungsund, 20 km to Skärhamn, about 50 km to Gothenburg. If renting during July, pl contact me.

Here you live with fantastic sea view near swimming, forest and nature in a newly built holiday home of 30 square plus sleeping loft. The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely deck or take a short stroll down to the jetty for a swim. This house is rebuilt in the 1990’s into an all year around vacation home with a garden overlooking the water, just a quick stroll down the slope for a swim. The house is 83 m2 and as a guest you are welcome to use the entire house including the private parking space, as well as the small extra sleeping cabin just next to the main house. If you are allergic to cats this house is unfortunately not for you.
