We rent out our newly renovated guest cottage in scenic Timmervik, which is located in a rural environment about 45 km north of Gothenburg and just over 10 km from Stenungsund. The nearest community is Jörlanda (about 4 km away) and it takes your own car to get to and from the cottage. The cottage has a separate bedroom for two, shower/toilet with washing machine and living room with a fully equipped kitchen where there is sleeping space for another 1-2 people in the sofa bed. The village's swimming area and boat docks at Hakefjorden are within walking distance (approx. 900 meters).

Cabin with up to 5 beds. Loft with a double bed and an extra mattress. Living room with day bed for 2 people and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, washing machine, bathroom and sauna. As well as patio with barbecue. 800 m to sea bathing with jumping towers, beach and cliffs. 400 meters to the port and about 800 meters to the petrol station with ICA Near. 50 meters to bus stop, line 335 towards Stenungsund. Electric car charging and rental of kayaks are offered for an additional fee on request. Parking possible for up to 4 cars.

In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

A place for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house is right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for children because it is shallow. Outdoor gym available for rent nearby. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. On Orust, there are exciting excursions. The town of Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Welcome to a cozy little cottage of about 14 m² – perfect for two! Here you live simply but comfortably with a bunk bed, kitchenette, toilet and small balcony. Please note that shower is missing – but it is only a 2 min walk to a large swimming area with beach, jetty and playground. The cottage is in our villa garden, close to car ferry, marina and grocery store. Parking is available on the property and electric car charger is available. Quiet and seaside accommodation with proximity to saltwater swimming and summer evenings!

There are also bicycles to borrow. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and sofa bed. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and washer/dryer. The loft has two 90 cm mattresses. Nice patio with the possibility of relaxation and barbecue.

Do you want to live 30 meters from the ocean in a luxury beach house with your own cinema? Well then this amazing house would be perfect for you!! The whole house, and the terrace, has got a integrated music system from Bang Olufsen. All the bedrooms has got new big Samsung The Frame screens. The entire house has got electric curtains for your convenience. This house is in mint condition. Outside at the terrace you could sit in the lounge set or enjoy the Jacuzzi while looking at the ocean!

The house on the mountain by the sea

Relax with the family in this peaceful home, near the sea. Go down to the bathrobe and take a bath the first thing you do or take a walk in the woods. Take a ride with the kids down to the water and fish for crabs. Pick blueberries for breakfast a bit away from the house. The house is located at the end of the street so you are not bothered by any traffic. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the photos is not in use at the moment but there is a wood-fired sauna raft that we are happy to help you book.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.
