Lovely Newport-style house

Wonderful, fresh cottage with some sea view and peaceful location on Stenungsön. The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area with a modern sofa for 2 people (140cm) In the attached annex, there are two single beds that can easily be put together to a double bed Swimming dock within 100 meters and nice beaches 700-1000 meters. The surroundings also offer nice walking paths in a beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all possible services. Free parking on the premises, TV, Wi-Fi Possibility to charge electric car

Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Welcome to the house by the sea. The 40-square-meter house offers all amenities. Such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, A/C TV, etc. One bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed. Walking distance to swimming and nature. Furnished balcony. To Stenungsund's center with shops and restaurants, it takes about 10 minutes by car. We who rent out the cottage are mother and daughter and live in villa on the same plot. Here you find a functional and nice cabin with about 200 meters to the sea and Norums Holme. Here you come for peace and quiet and saltwater. Sunny beautiful location with access to garden offering berries, shade and space for play and coziness. The cottage has a washing machine and dishwasher so you can focus on other things. Fridge, freezer and basic equipment for 2 adults and 1 child. Bedroom with double bed. Sofa bed 140 cm. Welcome!

Relax in this unique and quiet home with the forest right next door. On road 649 about 1.5 km from the north Stenungsunds exit on E6 is our residence with small apartment on the upper floor. Each apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen, sofa corner and toilet with shower. There is good ventilation system in the building. There is a grassy area to use for various games and games for those who wish.
