The Penthouse with Harbour Views

ZenaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The Penthouse gives fantastic views over St Ives harbour from both the main window in the lounge and from the bedroom. It’s light and spacious for two people. Access is easy and takes you right out onto Fore Street with a wealth of cafés, restaurants and shops. Street noise was not a problem for us as it quietens down later and it’s just hustle and bustle. The Penthouse is set at the top of the building and there is plenty of seagull noise as you would expect being right next to the sea. I would recommend this place as it’s such a fab location, right in the heart of things and a great space.

Tremayne End: private flat near the Helford River

Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

The apartment was lovely, exactly as described with helpful check in instructions. Amenities were excellent and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay - the only thing that could have been better was the weather and wonderful though she was I’m not sure Laura could control that!

I can't recommend this apartment enough. It was spacious, clean, secure and peaceful. we stayed Monday to Friday so it may be a little noisier at the weekends (earplugs are provided!). We wouldn't hesitate to suggest a stay to our friends for convenience and good access to all facilities and venues around. Absolutely great.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. You are a STAR!! 💖💖💖💖

Emerald Seas

Alex ReadRating, 5 stars6 days ago
As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

Charlestown Cornwall amazing Sea view 2 bedroom

RodRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

The Balcony Studio. Landmark St. Ives property

LouiseRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

The Anchorage, Portmellon, Mevagissey

LizzieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Ocean Retreat - Cosy coastal getaway

TaylorRating, 5 stars1 week ago
An amazing find with a beautiful view of the sea, even from bed! Was super relaxing waking up with that view! We did wear sleep masks as it can get super bright but worth it for the views 🥰🥰 Everything we needed was available, and although no garden for doggos, there is plenty of areas for them to go out along the road, and near coastal path! Bed was SUPER comfy and the shower was amazing! Melinda was super helpful if we had a question and was so kind!

Deborah & Martin's property is every bit as good as the listing promises-it is well designed, beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained throughout. The surroundings are entirely peaceful yet accessible (we saw buzzards, bunnies and bats) and the kitchen is a particular stand out for those of us who like to prepare our own meals on holiday, being both spacious and fully equipped with quality tableware and equipment. Deborah was responsive and attentive from the time of booking to the end of the stay but left us to our own devices. Highly recommended.

Chris’ place is really beautiful. It is so spacious, light and airy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It is situated literally minutes from the SW Coastal path in extremely tranquil surroundings. The lodge is really well kitted out with everything you could need. Chris was a really helpful, responsive and friendly host who gave us some useful local recommendations. The outside space is impressive too, our little dog was more than happy pottering around the garden! We loved the design of the lodge; it’s a really lovely space in which to spend some quality time.

Live the Country Life near the Beach in Falmouth

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Art Apartment, great location just 10-15 mins walk into town towards the harbour, and the place was a good size with everything you could need for a few nights. Squeaky clean, nice and peaceful with a little outside space. Ingrid was also kind enough to let us drop a few bags off a couple of hours before check-in, which really helped us. Overall well worth the money and we hope to return soon!

'Bells Chapel' - Private Parking - Great location!

RobertRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A cosy place in the most convenient of locations. Tucked away just behind the main street, Bell's Chapel is a clean, well appointed two (double) bed apartment. It really is the most convenient location for the pubs, restaurants and shops that Falmouth has to offer. Included with a free parking space just 20 yards from your front door, access and parking is relatively simple. Yes, the old streets of Falmouth are narrow, but I managed to drive a transit van down to our designated parking without any hassle at all. The property itself has everything you need as base for the town. A fully fitted kitchen, alongside a living area in a studio format. The bathroom with over bath shower and toilet is clean and tidy, and there is even a washing machine for those who plan to stay a little longer. All in all, a very well presented, clean comfortable property for those who want to be close to the town centre.

Charming C18 accom 2 mins harbour, town + parking.

EmilyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay at The Hideaway. The location was perfect - turn left and you’re a ten minute walk from Gylly beach, turn right and walk to the end of the road and you’re on the high street! We didn’t need to use the car at all as everywhere was so walkable. Barbara was a great host. The listing is exactly as it is described and she responded really quickly to my messages. She’s also thought of everything we could need. There’s hand soap, tea / coffee, hair dryer etc but she’s also left ponchos for the rain, different weight duvets and some cold water in the fridge! The cottage itself has low ceilings but that was fine for us. It’s clean and tidy and there’s plenty of storage for your belongings and luggage. The only thing we had an issue with is the bed. Although it’s really comfy it squeaks every time you move even a little bit. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely book again in the future!

One bed spectacular ocean views, walk to the beach

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

Lovely relaxing break It’s difficult to add anything new to the already fabulous reviews. Beth and Mark made our stay exceptional, their warmth, knowledge and hospitality were in a class of their own. The apartment is just gorgeous, situated in a picturesque spot, overlooking the beach, with beautiful gardens and plants. It is stylish, fresh, clean, comfortable and very homely and they have thought of everything, we really didn’t want for anything. We really hope to have the opportunity to visit and stay again. Thank you. Forgot to say it was my wife’s big birthday and she loved it, so thank you, I’m in the good books again. Best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in.
