As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Newly renovated traditional cosy stone cottage overlooking the sea with beautiful views across St Agnes Head. Situated in the small hamlet of Higher Bal as short walk to St Agnes village. Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

St Agnes is a very cool neighbourhood with great restaurants, pubs, cafes, a park, art galleries and plenty of shops, all a short walk away. The Apple Store has a super comfy bed, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, wood burner, an Amazon Echo and a basket of goodies to welcome you. We are best suited to couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and well behaved furry friends (of the dog variety).
