Apartment vacation rentals in Spring Hill

I had a great time staying here! The location is very convenient to the Plaza and to the rest of downtown KC. Parking was always available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities needed for a week-long stay. Communication was great. I would gladly stay here again!

Great location in Overland Park! Private entrance and parking, easy check in and out. Perfect for a quick KC trip, you will need a car!

My wife and I had a great stay at Cheryl's guest suite! From a dedicated parking spot, to easy access, to a fully stocked and immaculate space, I would 100% recommend staying here. The location can't get any better - 18 mins to downtown, 30 mins to airport, walking distance to old OP. Cheryl is an excellent communicator, and was so friendly and accommodating for us on check in / check out.

We have stayed here before. It is a very handy location for getting to town and visiting with family in town. I love that it is very private and we have room to spread out. Any time I have texted Staci, she has responded right away. So glad to have found this place to stay!

My husband and I like to stay in small towns outside KC when we head to the city. Parkville was the perfect location. Just 15 minutes from Kansas City, we could go back and forth easily. The small town is adorable, with a farmers market on Saturday, many local shops within walking distance, and a beautiful college campus (Park Univeristy). There are walking trails along the river, and amazing restaurants from which to choose. The room was super clean and had some extra amenities such as robes and toiletries in the shower. If you are looking for a quaint, quiet place to stay with easy access to the city, I highly recommend!

This place looks just like the photos in real life. It’s gorgeous and roomy and perfect for two couples or a small family. It’s close to all the fun shops and restaurants on Mass Street and was a great place to stay during graduation. We can’t wait to go back!

The place was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to everything I wanted to see. It's was a very nice and peaceful place.

Gloria, Jean, and Stephanie were very responsive and pleasant to work with. We were only really there in the evenings/overnight, but we had what we needed, and the bed was quite comfortable. The guards at the front desk were also helpful.

The rental was beautifully decorated, well maintained and very clean. The location was great. We were able to visit the shops, get coffee, breakfast, dinner and even a sweet treat all within a short walk. The hosts were very helpful, and we would definitely reserve this rental again for our visiting family. Highly recommend.

Great location for KU visit while having all the perks of Mass St. shops/restaurants/shopping steps away. Fun garage door open concept was perfect on a spring day and the Saturday farmers market right outside was a pleasant bonus. Once we mastered the parking app, things simplified- but it was a bit confusing at first as the app was having some technical issues with location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and host was quickly responsive with some TV issues we had. We would definitely stay at The Happy Hawk again.

The location can’t be beat and the condo has everything we needed for a week long stay. The bed was really comfortable too. We’d definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Lawrence!

We loved our stay at Abbeys! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend and we loved being able to walk everywhere that we needed to go. Great walkable dining and trails and very close to Whole Foods. Our dog was able to use a fully fenced backyard and we were so happy to have peace of mind with him in the home. Would love to stay again!
