It was a great and very calm place to stay!

Tammy was a great host. She answered my questions even before I reserved the weekend. The place was in easy walking distance to anyplace in town. On the drive home I have already recommended this place to a friend for a nice getaway.

Michael and Sandra’s place was as we were hoping, peaceful and private. They were always responsive to any questions we had and were close by if needed.

An amazing relaxing and secluded spot. Great if you like fishing they also have a dock to dock your boat. best of all was Mickey his wife and Miss Lily. Wonderful people and a wonderful environment that they have provided.

It was a beautiful stay with an ambiance that carried a welcoming and safe atmosphere. You feel very secluded in your own space with everything a home may need with useable pans and spices as well as very efficient stove and oven if cooking is a factor which it was for our stay. The area is nice and quiet although we got a lot of unpleasant stares in public the house itself was beautiful and the local beach is very clean and perfect for a getaway. It was worth the stay due to the amazing home our host offered. Mosquitos are prevalent depending on the season but the Bnb came with amenities for such bugs such as repellents or sprays or offered incense and candles as smoking is allowed outside so it does aid with your stay in the outdoor section. Overall it was an amazing stay and I’d recommend it to family or friends who enjoy a more intimate and private stay.

Barbara and Mary have a lovely home in such a unique community of Hot Springs Village! They were super helpful - especially when our cat got last minute carsickness. Instead of letting me figure it out, they jumped in, helped wash things and even did laundry for us. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND! Definitely deserve to be called Superhosts! This was a great stay!

Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Easy to find with clear/easy check in/out instructions . Quiet peaceful location - looks exactly as pictured.

We had a wonderful time and spent a lot of time in the hot tub and looking at the mountains and lake! Wonderful kitchen and open living room area. Beds are very comfortable and shower is fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed. Appreciated all of the towels and robes. The glamping room was very comfortable even in 90 degree weather due to the fans and we loved the sinks. The stairs to the basement are not appropriate for elderly or pets. The fence has a few areas that need to be watched if you have a dog. Loved walking to the lake and enjoying mornings and evenings in the hot tub! Very responsive hosts. Thank you!

Extremely beautiful setting, Dora is really nice and responsive got us towels and an iron. Dora did a great job making the casita side private keeping in mind she has several different style listings on the same property. I will consider staying again at another one of her cottages.

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Event Horizon was a feast for the senses. It was a delight to look out any window and be surrounded by nature. The air was fresh and smelled of pine. Our stay was filled with sunshine and thunderstorms and the forest would change with the weather and never got boring. When you wake up you hear the sound of songbirds singing, not traffic. Kelly was super friendly and responsive and, as the description stated, they had many things available that made the stay even more comfortable. We hiked nearby trails, visited lake Ouachita, and even kayaked on the river below. I highly recommend it and would love to come back someday!

This is a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful little corner of the mountains. The house has all of the basics covered. The waterfalls in front of the house are beautiful and provide a constant white noise that I found to be very peaceful. However, the roar is surprisingly loud. The home is very automated (Alexa to control the lights, motioned sensing trash can, etc.) which I guess can be a pro or a con depending on preference. We especially loved all of the deck space! And I loved all of the windows that brought in a ton of natural light.

Rebecca’s place was great! It was in a nice quiet area with a beautiful scene. We felt right at home. I would come back in a heart beat.

Great space. Easy access to Albuquerque and highway. Very close to airport. Hot tub was nice. Has all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay again.

This was a long overdue get together with my adult siblings. The place couldn’t have been more perfect for spending a weekend together. The kitchen had everything, it was cozy, plenty of places to chat, hang out, play cards and dominos. Four bedrooms and the whole place was beautiful with a Koi pond, covered patio, Fireplace. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay. Jennifer was very responsive when we had a question. We will definitely be going back. A+ for this experience.

Perfect get beach getaway! The place was extremely clean and had everything listed and then some. We walked to the beach within five minutes. Would definitely stay here again. A bicycles were a nice touch.

The condo was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. It was close to restaurants and the grocery store. The kitchen had just what we needed to prepare dinners. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was warmed up and ready for us on arrival. Would stay here again!

Great stay overall. The apartment was clean and well kept. Access to wifi and cable TV. plenty of space to move around freely even with a dog. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, and smallwares. But it did not have common condiments or seasonings to cook a full meal, like most places have. The club pool was great way to spend the afternoon after the beach.

Everything was nice TV's and internet was iffy when in room, but other than that wonderful!!!! Elevators wait time was horrible but had nothing to do with room!!!! Nina was a quick response when I did need her!!!!

Great location with beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Comfortable spacious 1 bedroom condo. Very clean with good amenities. Host is great, communicates well and is nice to deal with. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved our stay at Julia’s place! It was perfect for our short 6 day stay and had everything we needed. It was very clean and super affordable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend her place to anyone!

Thank you Rod and Vanessa! We have been on a lot of family trips using AirBnB and this was hands down the best one. Every single thing about the property was great. I can’t find a single complaint about the stay. The condo was pristine, Rod and Vanessa were super responsive, and overall the location was perfect. Tons of things to do, the amenities were great, and the condo is in a great area. Rod even stopped by and dropped off donuts one of the days which was an awesome touch. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and will be back again.
