Beach house vacation rentals in Southbroom

At first I wanted to give a bad review, just so that no one else discover this beautiful gem in Southbroom, but alas I can't. The house is absolutely stunning, with everything you need, a home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated, one immediately wants to treat the house and everything with respect. Kim's attention to detail, welcome note, Christmas decorations, communication throughout our stay was excellent. Billy her husband assisted us with something small that had to be repaired and arranged someone on Christmas eve. Billy also notified us throughout our stay of what is happening in and around Southbroom. The house is perfectly located, easy to go for walks on the beach, trails, shops, restaurants, golf, padel, everything on your doorstep but still in a quiet and peaceful street, which is difficult during the festive season. Thank you Kim and Billy for sharing your beautiful home with us, this will definitely not be our last visit, hope to do so soon again.

It was just what we wanted a little bit of peace with the ocean at our door step. The house could do with a few upgrades but thats life living at the sea and the salt sea air, it won't however stop us from staying there again! It was safe and had everything we needed for our stay! Thomas the caretaker was there for anything we needed, he was also not intrusive and left us to do our thing! We didnt want to leave and again would definitely book another stay there!

This was our second time staying in this home, and we loved it yet again! Amazing location and views, great beach vibes and a spacious, comfortable and interesting house with everything we needed. While some of the interior decor looks a little tired, this seems to be due to the natural effects of a coastal location, and it didn’t detract from our stay. The maid, Mosley, was efficient and unobtrusive, and paying her a little extra to come in every day was totally worth it!

The perfect spot on the coast. The house and the views are just fantastic. And the help, Doris, is the sweetest lady. The beach is just outside and the area feels safe. Thanks! We were 3 familes - 10 people aged 12-61.

We had an amazing stay at this well-equipped house that is in the most fantastic location right on the beach. A beautiful verandah and garden to watch the birds and listen to the sea. Theresa looked after us so well and Gillian was a very friendly and responsive host. Thank you for a superb stay!

A little piece of heaven. Right on the beach - it’s surreal. Lots of space to grab a quiet moment or converge together over a meal with the sea as a backdrop. The house has everything you need and more. Thomas is quietly unobtrusive and very efficient at looking after the house and comfort of the guests. Highly recommended.

Inyoni exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is one in a million. A pristine beach that had everything. Good swimming, shark nets and lifeguards. A great tidal "pool" quite small but perfect for kids and dogs to have a paddle and grownups to plop your butt in and just chill for hours. Only homes immediately on the beach had access, so nice and private. The house... It is perfect, set in the most exquisite garden, with a summer house. The jacuzzi was vacuumed daily, was lovely to sit in with a cocktail after a day on the beach. There is everything, every appliance, utensil. Beautiful linens, comfortable furniture, fun little bar, plenty of fridge and freezer space and pantry. The staff were incredible, Thandi is a sweetheart, she really looked after us and even did our washing which was not expected. Mawakhe the induna had the braai clean and jacuzzi vacummed by 7.30 every morning. We will be back, it is an absolute treasure.

We had an awesome stay at Shale Beach House. It has everything you need; you don't have to drive anywhere. It is such a peaceful private area; the sea is literally on your doorstep. We loved the jacuzzi bath, jacuzzi and rim flow pool and the permanent ice maker, but there is so many things that make it comfortable to stay in! Wilson was a delight to deal with, had a really easy check in, he always around if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nelius for opening up your beautiful home!

the place is amazing, the parking is close to the unit and its well positioned close to the beach walks. the host communicated very well and took notes about things we had found to be not working correctly, definitely would be staying here again. the estate is filled with beautiful homes, animals and amenities

Correne's place is perfect. Very spacious, clean, comfortable with stunning views over the ocean. The shower is amazing - great water pressure and heat. Hosts were friendly and accommodating and I would highly recommend.

The house was amazing, infinity pool, very nice hosts. We felt very welcome. Sven & Tamara were also very helpfull. They always warned us about the load shedding times. Told us where to go shopping! Stores are in driving distance. The house was very nice, clean and spacious. Will certainly recommand this to everybody. We had a terrific time! And would love to come back some Day!

The house was nice and clean and comfortable. The coffee and milk available was a great treat to find, which i wasn't expecting. It was a last minute booking but all went smoothly.

James's place in Leisure Bay is absolutely lovely! it was so useful to have dstv and wifi during rainy weather. PLUS the ice machine was not expected but invaluable for hot days. The home has ample cutlery and crockery for multiple families but it was great to have the immense fridge and freezer space in kitchen and garage that made it possible to reduce the number of shopping trips as we had space to store everything for 3 families. Bongiwe is fantastic and was ever helpful and friendly.

Place is perfect for a get-a-way. Have stayed here many times before. Would recommend to anyone. Beautiful set up

Brilliant week in Leisure Bay. House is across the road from rock pools and Kids beach just around the corner. Really enjoyed our time and will definitely return.

It's exactly what we needed, a break away from the hussle of the city. Loved the dog friendly beaches and spaces around us Kids had an amazing time, we'll be back soon. And again thank you to kate for sharing your beautiful space with us

SeaScape is a lovely, bright, spacious house with an exceptional view of the sea. We really enjoyed the short walk to the beach with our dog. The house is perfectly clean, modern and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Dianne hosts a lovely home with all of the amenities that make for a comfortable stay and then more. The house was immaculate and all areas lovely including the big patios and two TV rooms with very comfortable sofas. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything that you will need. The bedrooms are really nicely furnished and very comfortable. There is air conditioning throughout which wasn't working during our stay but I'm sure that they will fix that and there were fans in each room which was fine for us in the cooler weather. The water tanks and battery backup system was a huge bonus during load shedding. It's worth noting that the house is not serviced on weekends. Diane is super helpful and responds quickly and efficiently to all messages. She is doing a great job and the home is lovely. Highly recommended for relaxing stays on the South Coast!

We had a wonderful time. I recommend the place it's so convenient for a group trip.
