Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Southbroom

At first I wanted to give a bad review, just so that no one else discover this beautiful gem in Southbroom, but alas I can't. The house is absolutely stunning, with everything you need, a home away from home. The house is beautifully decorated, one immediately wants to treat the house and everything with respect. Kim's attention to detail, welcome note, Christmas decorations, communication throughout our stay was excellent. Billy her husband assisted us with something small that had to be repaired and arranged someone on Christmas eve. Billy also notified us throughout our stay of what is happening in and around Southbroom. The house is perfectly located, easy to go for walks on the beach, trails, shops, restaurants, golf, padel, everything on your doorstep but still in a quiet and peaceful street, which is difficult during the festive season. Thank you Kim and Billy for sharing your beautiful home with us, this will definitely not be our last visit, hope to do so soon again.

Southbroom is a great holiday spot. We loved the house - gorgeous views, spacious for a family with teenagers. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Walk down to the beach for sundowners. A real spoil with Augustine and Joslin taking amazing care of us. Super clean and well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at Carinya Cottage. David and Heather are excellent hosts and made us feel right at home. They are very helpful and accommodative in our needs. We were a group of 12 people but the house is spacious enough to comfortable enjoy. It had all the needed amenities and more which made it extra special. The area is peaceful, surrounded with beautiful nature and Kidds beach was a winner. Thank you Heather and David for the enjoyable stay! We hope to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this well-equipped house that is in the most fantastic location right on the beach. A beautiful verandah and garden to watch the birds and listen to the sea. Theresa looked after us so well and Gillian was a very friendly and responsive host. Thank you for a superb stay!

We had an amazing stay at Rock Shandy - the view is breathtaking! The hospitality of Matthew and his wife is amazing. They kept the house sparkling clean throughout our stay, made us firewood pizza in the outside oven and were always there if we had questions. Thanks for this great vacation!

A Stay to Remember – Truly Magical! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible holiday home last week, renting out the main house along with the two charming cottages. From the moment we made our initial enquiry on Airbnb, we were blown away by the professionalism and high level of service. With so much online fraud these days, we were understandably nervous about booking and paying online, but their clear and secure registration and payment protocols immediately put us at ease. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our wonderful hostess, Louise. From the first interaction, she made us feel completely comfortable — she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Affectionately known as “The Old Dame,” is nothing short of magical. You can feel all the love and personality in every detail. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us. It is very large in a peacefull location. It has a beautiful view. We enjoyed our week long stay. I will highly recommend this to anyone looking for accommodation.

Where do I even begin😀🥺😍 I had booked Lance's apartment for my family yearly holiday. Although we went for our holiday in winter, we experienced such bright, sunny, cool weather which provided a wonderful atmosphere at this time of the year. Finding Lance's apartment was easy. Walking into his apartment felt like walking into a family member's home which I did not expect. But as we settled in it felt more and more like a holiday home. His penthouse is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking with the outside entertainment area and huge Seaview😍💕💞 you will never get enough of this. His self catering apartment has a beautiful kitchen and a gas braai💖 the attention to detail in this penthouse is remarkable and an experience you have to have. The beds provided a wonderful rest. The smart TV provided a wonderful end to the day, along with a cup of coffee and a dessert💕 the comfy sofas provided a good resting place in between activities and meals. Lance's penthouse is a dream home💕💖❤️

There is not enough words to say how much we loved this home. We have never before changed our tradition as a family and this was our first time, but we found our new holiday tradition when we found this home. The view and the balcony took our breaths away, never felt more relaxed and at home..Margate itself was a bit of a let down, so would recommend beaches around like uvongo or shelley beach.. this is our new home for holidays

Johannes was an excellent host who communicates in a very quick time when I did need him.The accommodation was very clean and the view of the ocean is second to none.The beach is clean and close to fishing spots.The overall experience was definitely worth it and I will not hesitate to deal with him or stay at this property again.

The most beautiful unit we havr ever stayed at, in San Lameer. Idyllic location,on the water, gorgeous outside area, spacious, air con throughout, upmarket fixtures and finishings, the most comfortable beds and crisp linen amd towels and so much more! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This villa is nicer than advertised. The photos don't show that there is an exit from the patio to a small lawn beside the lagoon. (This makes such a difference for the kids to play) San Lameer check-in was quick and easy. Arriving at the villa, we were met by a beautiful welcome basket and a clean villa. Andrew is a wonderful host. Honestly, from making the booking, he made us feel welcome. All information was provided with regard to the villa and surroundings. We never needed to ask a question. There is a bit of maintenance needed here and there, but the villa is so well taken care of. Everything works and is clean. It's also close enough to walk to the beach, and we never needed a golf cart. The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs provided lots of privacy for the family. We enjoyed the bird life and view of the lagoon. Thank you for a wonderful stay
