This stunning contemporary designed house of approx 700 m2 is within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and golf course. It has an overall sea view and also breaker sea view from the bar / games room upstairs. It has a large open plan entertainment area opening onto external patios including the secluded sparkly pool and lovely garden. It is very secure with a high boundary wall with external lights and security ring beams with an alarm system. The garage area can accommodate 3 vehicles .

Welcome to paradise

Southbroom is a paradise on the South African hibiscus coast. A very good climate, i.e. good weather year round. In the village there is everything you need for a carefree holiday. Restaurants, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy, golf course ( in the immediate vicinity 9 golf courses) tennis court, gym, yoga.... Nice neighbors who live there permanently.

We had good stay in Thokozile's place. It's spacious close to the beaches, restuarants and stores. Her 6 bedrooms, each bedroom has bathroom, bar fridge, TV and kettle. It was my first time saw that I join Airbnb. Thokozile is so responsive. I wish to come for another visit in her place.

San Lameer Villa 2705 - 3 Bedroom Superior Room

What a lovely unit with wonderful views of the gardens and streams surrounding the golf course. We had a great stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the estate. Lots to do and many fantastic days on the beach. We will be back!
