Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Region

This is the second time we've stayed at Sítio Vô Mileno. Hélio and Sinara were totally helpful, we felt at home. We had a few minor setbacks and they promptly made themselves available to resolve them. Once again, we had an amazing experience.

Congratulations to Ivan on the house. Property located in a beautiful and quiet place, great for those who want to enjoy relaxing days outdoors. The house was well equipped with up-to-date maintenance, clean surroundings, a beautiful and very clean swimming pool, as we got a little cold if it were heated it would be perfect, but even so we didn't stop taking a dip. I highly recommend this place to enjoy with friends and family. Surely a place we would come back.

Buda do Lagoa is a dream. Located on the magical hill in front of Rosa beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The house is beautifully designed, keeping the elements of nature, and being there conveys a deep sense of peace. You sleep on the balcony with the sound of the waves. A few minutes from the beach and downtown. Ezequiel and Ana were super careful and cooperative, and Ivonne was a very nice person, she helped a lot with the cleaning and brought a great energy. Recommendation 10/10, wonderful experience.

I rented the place because I thought the photos were beautiful, but nothing prepares you for the view. It's really an experience that's worth every minute. I will definitely return. Thank you for the amazing hosting.

The place is very quiet with the view of the Santa Marta lighthouse, an incredible place, the hosts are good people, we love the place, we will definitely be back soon. Everything is impeccable, everything is clean, smells nice, we love it!!!

Modern apartment, all new and well functional. With the external blinds and the 3 wool blankets, I was able to face the cold front and didn't even have to turn on the air conditioning in hot mode. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very well located, spacious, with an amazing view. Close to markets, restaurants, you can park and do pretty much everything on foot. The parking, by the way, is very good and with plenty of space. We had a very nice weekend with the family. Rafael was very attentive and an excellent host, from the time I wanted to book to spend my father's birthday at Sacadinha BC. Thank you for the stay and we will definitely come back more often.

Everything was perfect, it couldn't have been better. Very complete apartment, well decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. The stay there was very good, I would definitely come back. Brilliant value for money. Absolutely incredible location and property. The centre of town was walkable in 15 minutes and there were plenty of small shops and restaurants for food. Elisa was an incredible communicator and very helpful - always responded quickly with suggestions. The house is incredible and the pool is the star of the show. We had a lovely time here and enjoyed late night swims and dinners outside. There’s a view over the river, the house sits at the edge and it’s very peaceful and quiet. We organised a taxi transfer through Elisa for the airport which worked well. On the way back we got the shuttle bus which felt safe and worked just as well for a cheaper price.

Ney, was a very helpful host, and polite, when I asked for information responded promptly. the location is great, in a few minutes you are in the center or on the northern beaches of the island, for us it was perfect.

Elaine was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, during our stay and after we left. Her apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Great location and impeccable hosting! The apartment is perfectly located, allowing you to explore the entire central region on foot with ease. We used the car only to visit more distant attractions, which was very practical. As for the space itself, it exceeded all expectations: extremely well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt truly at home, thanks to the evident details and care in every corner. Without a doubt, this will be our first option on future visits to Gramado. We recommend it without hesitation!

Very beautiful and cozy place, in the middle of nature, very clean accommodations, easy access, very close to the beach and downtown, very good bed, and the bathtub on the balcony is perfect for relaxing, the outdoor area is also very beautiful and nice to enjoy, the check-in could be earlier, so we could enjoy it more, this did not interfere with our stay.

The apartment is exactly as described and from the photos posted, very spacious, ventilated and organized. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances for comfort and practicality. Luciano, always helpful, responding to all messages immediately and providing all the support and guidance we need. At check-in we were received by Fatima, extremely polite, proactive, hyper self-astral, providing us with the best information, tours, leisure, restaurants, shopping, etc.... We will definitely return.
