The house is very charming with that beach climate and is also very close to the beach, it is a few steps from the sand strip. simple but very cozy place. Everything was clean and well set up, lots of bedding, blankets. The air-conditioning is excellent, on cold nights it makes all the difference. My GPS bugged on arrival, so always copy the address and paste it on the map, don't open directly from the app. Very close to everything. I definitely recommend it.

The place was great. I appreciated the flexible self check-in because out flight arrived late and left early. They were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen had the basics, even a blender! The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm. The location is great if you are not sure what you want to see on the island because it’s walkable to many restaurants and you can take an uber or drive to any of the beaches.

The bungalow surprised us, nothing was missing, it even had a hair dryer and iron for ironing clothes, the kitchen is complete, and for those who want to cook it serves well, in addition the air conditioning also heats for the colder days. The place is very close to the center of Gramado, which makes it easy to get around for those who are by car, the view is beautiful, quiet all the time, we had a lot of privacy, check-in and checkout were easy, in short, the stay was perfect. Fernando was always helpful and responded quickly to messages, we highly recommend him and hope to return at a future opportunity.

My fiancé and I love spending the weekend at the Helio Cottage! The place is exactly as shown in the photos and description... Beautiful, clean, organized, comfortable and quiet! Close to a gas station, laundry and in front of a beautiful square... Helio and his wife, Elaine, were super attentive and friendly, gave us all the instructions for using the chalet and recommended an amazing pizzeria in the city. We recommend the place and we will definitely come back as soon as we can!

The cabin has everything you need: a comfortable bed, a hot shower, basic utensils and a magical atmosphere, surrounded by trees, cool shadows and the sound of nature. The rustic style is authentic - don't expect modern luxury, but rather coziness, simplicity and that wooden charm that only a true mountain retreat can provide. We love our stay! The place has an amazing view of the canyons, the atmosphere is super nice, the garden is well taken care of and the location is excellent. The outdoor area is tasty, with a perfect deck for breakfast enjoying the scenery or simply relaxing. We feel completely at home and honestly, we didn't want to leave anymore. Val received us with great affection, was attentive and gave us great tips for tours in the region. We sure want to come back and stay here again! Oh, and I can't help but mention the visit of Popcorn, the friendly little dog who lives there — it was hard to resist the urge to take her with us! :)
