Our house has 3 floors, Mediterranean style decor and plenty of space for you to feel at ease. Here, all rooms are private, ensuring more comfort and privacy. This room is located on the lower floor of the house, on the same floor as the guest kitchen, living room, bathroom and a large outdoor area. The bedroom is not an en-suite.

The house follows the rustic style, typical of the Serra Gaúcha. The living room is large and welcomes everyone comfortably, on colder days it is possible to enjoy the fireplace, in addition to the various drinks and wine options available at the bar. Access to the kitchen and utensils to prepare your meals is free, as is the access to the deck with a barbecue and swimming pool. This outdoor area is one of my favorite parts of the house.

The entrance of the posada is framed by lush greenery, featuring a stone pathway leading to an inviting porch. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space. A vehicle is parked nearby, with a backdrop of a bright blue sky adorned with fluffy clouds.

great value for money! it is in a more quiet area of CDE but still close enough to the center. the pool is great for the hot summer! it is in walking distance from the lake which is a chill area to go for dinner or drinks! the host is a really friendly person always eager to help out! beds and room were okay for travellers.

the site is super well located, spacious and incredibly clean. the only problem was that I arrived early in the city and they didn't answer me on Airbnb. I had to wait an hour at the mall. They only respond at the time of check in. Otherwise, I highly recommend it to users of the APP.
