The house is amazing.. very well taken care of and is exactly as it says in the listing. We had a very good holiday at Rodrigo's house and Eva's presence and care made all the difference.

The house is very well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils to prepare our meals. It also has beach chairs and other items that made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent: close to the boarding terminal and a restaurant that also functions as a market, which made our daily lives much easier. In addition, it is close to two very quiet beaches, in a calm place and surrounded by nature — ideal for relaxing and enjoying quality family moments. Communication with Dinho and Ana was excellent, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever was needed. It was a wonderful experience!

The place is very special, having everything for a very pleasant stay, as was ours, with comfort, cleanliness, complete equipment, next to exuberant nature. We had a great stay at the house, perfect communication with the hosts and the house is very good! All rooms are good, the superiors with an amazing view of the sea. The house has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach.. practically foot in the sand. I recommend staying at the house!

The house is very nice and the ocean view and brightness of the house are unparalleled. Raphael is very attentive and well prepared. The staircase to the beach is long and rather steep. Not suitable for someone with mobility restriction such as old people or to go and back several times a day. The house is in the south of the island, in a quiet area and beach. Mobilizing on the island north in season can take more than 1:30 hs. There is a good supermarket 15 minutes by car and several restaurants with excellent local food on the beach 10 minutes by car. Definitely recommended and will be back.

Since the house is very large, some parts lacked a better cleaning. When contacting host Lisiane, she was always willing to resolve this detail and immediately sent a diarist who made everything very clean. In the course of the lodging has given us several wonderful tips from restaurants and places to visit. The family loved to stay at this property, because at the same time it is large, it is also cozy, with a great pool to enjoy the sunny days.

We held a family meeting on the long holiday of Easter and Tiradentes, and it was a divine experience. The house is very spacious but at the same time cozy, everyone in our group praised a lot. All rooms and bathrooms are well taken care of, and the outdoor areas of the pool, mini-golf, and playground and lake are great. The terrain really is very large, you can be losing in there. And always a calm and quiet. The service was also great, Denilde answering all the questions and always available, the caretaker Juari very attentive, even took the children of our group to fish in the lake. The house is wonderful. Disposition of the rooms very well planned and integrated, making everything very comfortable and everyone can interact at all times. It has many household utensils, a complete house. The town hall could easily live there. Swimming pool, great sauna. Top Area (rooftop) super cool. All very clean and organized. Adriano responds quickly and is very requested.

The stay exceeded expectations! The house, the grounds, the lawn are beautiful and better than in the photos! Simon was very friendly and responds promptly. The housekeeper Sonia welcomed us and gave us all the instructions and details of the place. All rooms were clean, organized and organized with impeccable bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and is a 5-minute walk to the beach (the beach is also very good with adequate structure with bar, restaurants and bathroom). The only detail to note is that the listing says there are surveillance cameras only outside, but inside the house there are at least 4 between the TV room, living room, kitchen and common area of the upper floor. This made us initially uncomfortable and when we asked Simon he assured us that they were all turned off. I think if they don't work they could remove them for greater comfort. Anyway, we loved it and it is certainly in my plans to return to Antigo Moinho!
