A great apartment, everything is very clean and organized!

Great place. Just like the photos. The gym isn't very good, but I think it's more of a building issue. The apartment itself was great, it was clean and fragrant. Good dining options nearby. Easy check-in with the doorman, who was very helpful. Sergio always responded quickly and with clear instructions.

Excellent accommodation, in addition to the apartment being well equipped and modern, the building also offers many extra activities (swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, etc.). Location close to supermarket, restaurant and the waterfront avenue. Guilherme was an excellent host, very attentive, polite and flexible with schedules! I'll definitely be back!

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!

The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24-hour doormen and automatic activation of the gate by the car plate (practical), and it also has a grocery store.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. Very good service

The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything you need. The jacuzzi is great, because on those days when the weather is not good, it is a great option. My only complaint is about the location. Although I knew it was far from the beach, I didn't know the area and I was surprised by the poor condition of the streets. But I'll emphasize again that the house is beautiful, just as shown in the photos.

Our stay was wonderful! The host was super attentive from the beginning, helping us with planning, shopping and answering questions quickly. The house is new, modern, very clean, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The employee Tati was a differential: she prepared a delicious breakfast, a birthday cake and even helped us with lunch. The condominium is excellent, with a fair, courts, gym and lots of nature — ideal for families with children. The common areas of the house are spacious and perfect for gathering the family in comfort. It was a special weekend, in a beautiful and welcoming place. We highly recommend it!!! We felt at home!!!
