The host and the space both are really amazing!! Would highly recommend to stay here since it’s a steal deal located in the heart of the city and hardly far from main touristy spots! We stayed here for a night however long stays are highly recommended too. Responsive host and beautiful space with everything in proximity!

Thank you for your wonderful hosting, You did take care just like a family member. They served a hot breakfast, as a complimentary coming all the way from other places to just serve breakfast. it is a wonderful property facing seaside, full of lights and ventilation. it can accommodate 6 people. Has all kithcen amenities. Near to Prabhadevi, Lower parel or Dadar can get cabs easily. Very helpful nature host and very responsive; will definitely recommend it and would love to visit again.

The apartment is very modern and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It is quite central in the city and you can walk everywhere. We arrived very early I the morning and where able to leave our luggage with the portier. Communication with Ondrej was very easy and quick responses. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep there. I would stay at the apartment again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and such a peaceful vibe, we felt right at home. Mehdi and his team were incredible, welcoming and made everything so easy and comfortable for us. It truly felt like a home away from home. The place is very private. Is at walkable distance to good restaurants and atleast 2 beaches such as Trinity beach and Benaulim beach. The place feels very warm. I was travelling with family and enjoyed every bit of it.

This listing was actually the highlight of our trip. Augusteen was friendly and helpful from the get go with recommendations and connections needed for a vacation, all the way up to home cooked food vendors. The place also has close proximity to a beach walk, many cafes and high quality restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children.

Good place to visit family and friends Ambiance is great

Had a wonderful stay at this private hillside property, located a bit away from Kodaikanal. It’s a single, standalone home—so no one else around to disturb you. The space includes two well-kept bedrooms, plus a third bed setup upstairs that effectively makes it a 3-bedroom home. The balcony offers a lovely view of the hills and locality, and the house is equipped with a smart TV, kitchen amenities, and a cozy campfire setup for the evenings. The caretaker was responsible and helpful, and the host was extremely responsive throughout. A perfect spot for a peaceful, private, and comfortable getaway.

hosts were super helpful we had to extend for a day due to my wife falling sick and they were able to accomodate us overall great experience the kids had a lot of fun

Mind-blowing experience and amazing service with breathtaking location

The view and the food were the highlights of the weekend. It was a truly delightful place to unwind and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings. The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

overall we had a very pleasant stay, we did not face any issue at all. everything was well communicated and taken care of. The place is located nicely near to the beach and great restaurant yet distant enough to have a pieceful vacation without any noise There are ample great spots to hang out in evening or at the beach - everything was 5 mins away would highly recommended if you are planning to stay in palolem

The place was stunning with beautiful balconies in the rooms and a spacious hall. The place was well maintained with good lighting and we had enjoyed our stay. Especially, during the monsoon season, the place was a great choice when it came to accommodation. Host was very friendly and the staff were very helpful. Also enjoyed the pool which we didn’t expect in the stay.

EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC, STAY WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside property. Just about a km from the end of Rocky Beach, the location is scenic — perfect for a relaxing break by the coast. The apartment, located on the first floor, is thoughtfully designed with a sea view. One of the bedrooms offers the rare joy of watching the ocean while lying in bed, and the balcony overlooking the sea quickly became our favourite spot for morning tea and evening chats. We stayed with our 80-year-old mother, and she managed the stairs comfortably, thanks to the sturdy side handles. The property has two clean washrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was well arranged, making our stay comfortable. Weekend nights do get a bit lively with people gathering nearby and music going on till late, but it adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Above all, the host was courteous, responsive, and truly a superhost in every sense. Highly recommended, and we would love to return.
