Loved my stay in this apartment, staff at the apartments are friendly and very helpful. It looked exactly like the pictures and very clean. I loved the location too close to a bank, supermarket and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

it's an excellent place...easy to find, clean and worth to stay

10/10 would recommend. Located in the heart of Gachibowli which makes local travel easier. The food which we ordered was homely and extremely delicious. All of this at a reasonable rate.

My stay was very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive, kind and helpful. It was a bit hard to get any means to commute close by so had to walk till the main road, otherwise it’s a very safe place to stay.

John's place is in a very posh location, everything in fort kochi accessible in a walking distance..He is very helpful..The place just needs a little bit of upkeeping, that's it..

Every detail reflected care, cleanliness, and comfort—something I deeply appreciated during my extended stay. From quick responses to any requests to maintaining a welcoming and peaceful environment, his professionalism was outstanding. Complete staff was so polite and well behaved. Housekeeping akka was so patient and hard working. This stay was not just comfortable—it was memorable. We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Colombo. The space was comfortable, well-located, and had everything we needed for a few relaxing days in the city. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality,always quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The only downside we experienced was an occasional smell coming from the bathrooms, which we hope can be looked into for future guests. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience, and we truly appreciated the effort and care from the host. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Colombo!

Suman is an amazing host- very approachable, kind, proactive, and always ready to help. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures- squeaky clean, well-maintained, and super pretty. The cleanliness of the bathroom especially stood out. There are restaurants nearby, within the premises and small eateries out side the complex. The location is close to the beach, with the complex running parallel to the shoreline. Because the premises are large, it might feel like a long walk, but tuktuks drop you inside for ₹30 extra. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed stay. If you're looking to be in the thick of Swargadwar’s bustle, this may feel a bit too removed. The complex is huge and seemed a little old. The flat has an inverter, so power cuts aren’t an issue inside, but the tower goes dark and the lift stops working during outages. We avoided the lift, just to avoid panic. Since the flat is on the 4th floor, we often took the stairs, good cardio if you're up for it 😉

Luis / Connie’s place is cozy, has all the necessities a guest would need and it’s squeaky clean! They let us check-in a bit early & made us feel right at home. If I’m back in the area again, I’m definitely going back to this nest.

The accommodation is very quietly located in an area with old residential buildings. The busy main road is a few minutes' walk away. Everything is as described, functional and comfortable. Sapna took care of everything and personally welcomed and said goodbye to me. I'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Mukesh Chettan's flat in Kochi! The place was perfect—a clean, comfortable, and peaceful base for everything we wanted to do around the city. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Mukesh Chettan went the extra mile by sharing great local tips, including some fantastic nearby restaurants. We truly felt at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Kochi!
