Vacation rentals with a hot tub in South India

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

The villa is truly amazing! Newly renovated, beautiful inside and outside design, very clean - everything was just perfect! The outside spaces are green and quiet, nevertheless it’s just a 15 min walk into the city center and to Kandy lake. The manager, housekeepers and owners were always available for any request and super friendly and nice. Delicious breakfast is included and served on the villa terrace. It’s really the perfect place to stay with a group of family or friends and we can 100% recommend it!

It was a great experience. The photos dont do justice to the place. Akshay and his father were very thoughtful and responsive. I would love to visit this place again .

Place was clean and well maintained, the host responsive and friendly. Three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, 4th is an attic room on terrace.

Dwell well is what Jeevan wishes for you and provides!! My trip was unplanned as I had to rush to B'lore to attend to my daughter who had met with an accident (hit and run case). Jeevan's cozy house was such a heartwarming and restful place in all of this chaos! Very close to Manipal hospital and conveniently located in the happening Indiranagar 100 ft road. I must mention how considerate Jeevan (and business partnerJuhie) were to have accommodated my extended stay by opening the first floor of this squeaky clean house. The 24x7 help, Bimal, is an extremely friendly and efficient caretaker! Kudos to you and your team, Jeevan! Wishing you many more years of hosting! For a weekend getaway and just to relax yourself this is the right place. With the view, the cozy atmosphere of the room and peaceful environment. Highly recommend this stay!

The place is big and can easily accommodate 12 people. The place was clean there were some issues but Navin helped me to fix it. The cleaning staff was very responsive and available all the time u need anything. However the hosts were not available but Navin I think he is the owner is extremely responsible, responsive and very helpful. He is always available and a great person. Highly recommended place for big pax.

Had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of Pune. It’s walking distance from many great joints and the old city. The home itself has such wonderful interiors in wood and the outdoor spaces that we were tempted to spend the entire time indoors. The hosts were very responsive and easily reachable on chat and call.

Excellent property Good location Near by to restaurants etc We were asked to pay 2k extra for the jacuzzi which i am not okay with If one is charging 17k for one night then jacuzzi should be included for the same However Manoj was very cooperative in everything Had a great time overall They have tried to include as many activities as possible

The place was luxurious and beautiful. Wonderful valley views and a fantastic infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and huge, and the place is done up beautifully.. very eclectic taste. The food was so so good. And Ushama was on top of everything and nothing moved an inch without her approval. She was so helpful and she recommended us great dishes. The only hitch in a near perfect vacation was the approach road… we went with 2 SUVs yet, one couldn’t make it all the way to the house.. as the tyre punctured while trying to race up the gravel… and the second one barely made it.. but Ushama made sure we got proper parking and a mechanic for the car which didn’t make it. But I would recommend this place and although we went in March, I’m sure it’ll look divine in the monsoons .. big thumbs up for this one .

Beautiful house with two bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people and the one on the first floor has 2 master beds that could accommodate 4 or 6 people. House is beautifully decorated and maintained well. Caretaker Padma was a nice lady who made coffee for us and was helpful. Quiet surroundings with absolutely no disturbances. Good restaurants near by and they also deliver food. Drawing room was beautiful. Overall everything was good. Just there is a bit of mosquitoes in the lawn and they also get inside if the doors are left open or opened and closed often. Found it difficult to sleep in the ground floor bedroom due to mosquito bites. Take odomos or any mosquito repellent with you. Only thing the place lacks is a swimming pool, but the beauty of the house compensates for that. Beach is like 5 minutes walk. Overall super happy with the place and planning to there again soon.

We stayed in SR villa for 2 days. The place is beautiful with a river right beside it. Sanjeev was proactive and responsive throughout our stay. Overall experience was great.

Rifat was super responsive and supportive. We needed a few additional things for our baby and it was arranged at no cost. Beautiful property, neat and clean, caretaker was very helpful in getting things + cleaning. Both host and caretaker accomodated our late check in and check out. This would definitely be our go to place for next visit. If u r travelling during rainy season, keep some antiseptic creams in case of bug/insect bits specially if u have kids

Had an amazing time. It's the perfect spot to enjoy with your friends. Great view, nice stay. The breakfast and dinner arranged had an homely feel. The barbecue arranged for dinner was perfect. Amazing friendly host.

The cabin was exactly same as it is shown in pictures. Caretaking staff are very polite and responsive. It is located in the middle of coffee platation and surrounded by hills. You can enjoy hearing to different birds in early morning. Totally it's a calm and private place. It's a great place for those who would like to detox from busy city life. Host is also responsive and helpful. Negatives: I found only one Negative point that the estate is located just few meters interior from main road in a coffee plantation, so from main road to estate you have to go through a metal road which is approximately 250 to 300 meters patch.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb! The place is clean, lovingly decorated and located in the middle of a fantastic landscape overlooking the tea plantations – simply beautiful and very relaxing. The host was extremely helpful and always available if you needed anything. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. A perfect place to switch off and enjoy nature. I would come back anytime!

Nice place to stay there for few days. It should have been more clean. Very nice staff. Very diligent and respectful. Providing good service to customers. The one small issue is in the night there are lots of small insects but i believe it’s because of rain. Apart from than everything is good. Food is also very nice. We loved the pool. I will recommend this place to everyone. It’s 8.5/10
