The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen.
