Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Depending on the season, the crossing to the island is by small boat, which is included in the rental. In winter, we arrange shuttle service with snowmobiles. The island is located near central Piteå (6 km) and only 400 meters from the mainland. The hot tub is 38 degrees Celsius year-round. Wood-fired sauna on site. Here, you can enjoy the nature of Norrland. The midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in winter. We can usually arrange transfer to and from Luleå Airport for an additional fee.

A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! Space and access to extra beds are available. If more than 5 people, there is an extra charge of SEK 100/person and night. Two toilets on the lower floor, one with shower. Approx. 500 m to the Pite River. 1.5 km to central Öjebyn where there is a grocery store. 100 m to the bus stop. 4.5 km to Piteå city center.

The main house features 2bedrooms, combined living room/modern kitchen and a conservatory. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

Simple accommodation with everything on the same floor. Light a fire in the stove if you feel like it. Walking distance to grocery store and bus station, about 10 minutes. Walking distance to the railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Driving distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoor activities) about 20-25 minutes. One tip is to visit the wilderness center in Svansele! Internet is available via fiber.
