Even though we were out at the last minute, Maria offered us this super cozy apartment! Me and the dog Manne are both happy and grateful that we had to avoid construction chaos at home and spend a night in the apartment 🌷 Maria is an incredible host. I really appreciate the simplicity and good communication.

Our team leader Rokas stayed at Malin's place for a week. The apartment had everything he needed, it was very clean and tidy. Looked exactly like in the pictures. Felt nearly like at home with a bit of luxury added. The apartment itself is modern and Malin was more than helpful. We would definitely recommend this accommodation if you are looking for a place to stay which is close to the city centre and bus stops. Other than checking in to find that there was a lot of water in the location around the toilet causing the ground to be very wet and slippery Everything else was a good experience as well

We spent New Year’s Eve at Ulrika‘s and Magnus’ place and had a lovely time at the cozy house. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Having a Christmas tree up was our personal highlight. It’s clear how much love and effort they put into the place and into taking care of the guests. We got quick responses and helpful recommendations and were overall super happy with their „service“. We even got some chocolates, fruits and such as gifts. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much for everything and for having us! 🤗

It was a great place to stay at!

We had 5 nights at Karin's house. We are two adults and two children ages 8 and 10. The house is very cozy and was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beautiful winter landscape and the frozen fjord. The house is not far from Luleå, but you have to get out of some small road with limited speed, so it takes about 25 minutes. The drive is very beautiful through the winter forest, and the road was nicely cleared while we were there. Karin is very flexible and accommodating, and we got really good information both before and after check out.

We had an amazing stay! The house was even bigger and more beautiful than in the photos, truly well-equipped, with two bathrooms and a magical sauna that made our stay extra special. Jukka was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond by offering us an early check-in when our train arrived a few hours before the scheduled time. Everything was simply perfect. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! We would definitely stay here again, and if we find ourselves in the area in the future, this will be our go-to place. Highly recommended!

We were 4 girls who stayed in the house for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The house is spacious and with many beds. Stig was a great host who was easy to communicate with both before and during the stay. Nothing to complain about

We can really recommend this home in beautiful Gammelstad. It is amazing in the middle of the church town. A wonderful little house where we didn't miss anything. It was like coming home. The host even arranged room for a whale shed. It facilitated our life immensely during the week that we rented. Warm thanks!

Really great place to stay in Luleå! Fully equipped, powerful heating for the winters anf newly done bathroom. Everything worked great and fully equipped place. The hosts are very nice!

Apartment was clean and tidy. Heating was too hot for us but was easy to adjust to a lower temperature. Kitchen was equipped with hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. However, there were a minimum number of cooking tools, knives, knives, pots, pans, plates. Bed is narrow as indicated and mattress is very soft. With two people, you are cozy with each other. Bathroom is nice, warm and clean. Shower worked perfectly. Hard jet and warm water. Enough clean towels provided. Includes washing machine. Smart television worked well and there were free some streaming services active such as Netflix, Disney+, and Swedish TV. When we were there, it was very quiet and we didn't hear from any of the other neighbors. The apartment is part of a block of apartments spread over two floors. We very much enjoyed the apartment, snow and cold and the area. You are in the city center in no time that is within walking distance.

We were super happy. We stayed 4 people here (had 2 air mattresses), so the kitchen items were barely enough, but there were bed linens and towels for all of us anyway, which we appreciated very much. Clean and nice. Somewhat remote but it was super easy to take the bus so it didn't bother us. Definitely worth the money. However, the landlord of this accommodation was quite unpleasant and very sensitive to light when we moved upstairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Jonas‘ and Sanna's place. We were four students who spent two nights in Umeå. Everything was as described and it was very cozy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the bathroom clean. We didn't miss anything and on request Jonas and Sanna gave us recommendations for cafes and the like. The city center can be reached on foot in 25-30 minutes and the path is very nice. We definitely recommend the place! :)

A very nice place, close to the lake, a bit far from the city but well connected. The room was cozy and well equipped, as you may use practically everything in the house. The host is very amicable and reactive to respond.

I stayed in Umeå for work for 10 days, and I couldn’t have found a better place than Asa’s house for my stay. It’s very spacious and perfectly central—close to shops, bus stops, and many restaurants, all within walking distance. Asa was very kind and always quick to respond to my questions. The apartment is magnificent! Hope I can go there again when coming to Umea next time!
