The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Welcome – warmly welcome to the large renovated Alpine chic studio in the Tulai holiday park in Scuol. The studio is located on the top floor at the old entrance to Scuol, which is now practically car-free and very quiet. The studio scores with its particularly spacious layout of 50m2. Directly from the house entrance, one can stroll comfortably and idyllically along the old and current Stradun without having to overcome any elevation.

You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.
