We had a great stay! Location was great, the home was well equipped for kids, they loved the playroom. We all enjoyed the hot tub & pool. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals at the house. We didn’t want or need for anything. Aimee was quick to respond when we did have a question. We hope to return in the future.

Really enjoyed having our daughter’s 5th birthday out on the lake because that’s what she wanted to do for her birthday was go fishing! Had an amazing time and my daughter will always have those memories and so will we! God bless and thank you again for letting us stay in the beautiful lake house! Will book again

We loved our stay at the Hobbit House! It was such a unique experience and so relaxing. The location was really great too - it had a quite country feel while being just 10 minutes from a cute downtown area and restaurants. We would definitely come back! My only note is that the cleaning fee seemed high to me, especially with all the requests for check-out (guests wash dishes, take out trash, etc.). However, it is a very large house. Overall, we loved it and would surely recommend it to anyone!

This place is an absolutely stunning private oasis. The cabin is perfectly suited and comfortable with all you need to relax and hide from the world. Remote but not rustic, and the wifi and amenities were perfect to help our get a way still feel like we were available to family if we needed to be. Michael and Alicia were very responsive when we needed them and kind. We plan to return!

We picked the perfect spot! What a gem! The home was located in a central area, close to great restaurants, museums, and bikeable to many trails. The home itself was just beautiful and so clean, with ample space for our group, and all the amenities a family with young kids could need! Emily made sure we were taken care of and that our two-year-old and four-month-old had what they needed for a safe and fun stay. The amenities were so thoughtful, plush towels, and delicious coffee available, as well as cooking supplies and toiletry items. Emily was extremely responsive and helpful, even when we locked ourselves out of the house! She gave great, local recommendations that were perfect for our family. Cannot recommend this spot enough and we cannot wait to visit again!

First off, the place is amazing! It’s in a great location, super peaceful and secluded, but easy to find. There’s tons of beautiful greenery, and we even saw a couple of friendly deer that stayed for a while, keeping a safe distance. The house is beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and has everything we needed. But the best part was how Rashelle made us feel at home. We’ve stayed at a lot of AirB&Bs in different countries, and she’s definitely the best host we’ve ever dealt with. She was super communicative and gave us great recommendations. She made our stay truly special. Thanks a million, Rashelle!

Perfect size for the two of us and our Trixie. She loved the doggie indoor outdoor room and loved the fenced in backyard. House was quiet and peaceful with the wooded back.

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family. Beautiful views, very well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was so nice. It poured rain and made the drive in/out a bit tricky but we made it. That is obviously no one’s fault. The road in could definitely use some work but we absolutely loved the house! I would stay here again.

It was everything we hoped for plus more. And my kids can’t wait to go back. This rental was in a neighborhood, extremely safe, close to everything but yet you’d never know you were in a neighborhood. It was like its own little oasis. Quiet, calm, relaxing, complete privacy. The pool heater worked perfect. My kids swam in 55 degree weather. Hot tub was perfect. We loved the outdoor covered dining table to have dinner. The fireplace on the outdoor patio was a perfect touch. The rental had everything we needed. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and pool plus we never ran out of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash etc. We had all the dishes we could need. Also a high chair. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to any little question I had. Thank you so much! We would absolutely stay here again. It was such a unique amazing Airbnb.

The home was exactly as listed on AirBnB. It was exactly what we wanted. Close to Bike Trails. We have stayed in Bella Vista before and really love the area. The home was very clean and Katy was very responsive and communicated clearly. There was an information binder for the guests and it had a lot of great information. Were a lot of puzzles, games, toys and a books for family and all ages. Check out procedures were simple and didn't take much time at all. Highly recommend.

We stayed in room 110. It was very clean and we were able to park directly in front of the door. It was quiet and the setting was very peaceful.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very well laid out. Quality construction. Far better than might be expected at an RV campground. Great wraparound deck. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice furnishings. A lot of stairs so those who can't take stairs wont find this to be the best choice. But for all who can take stairs, this is a phenomenal place to stay! Highly recommended.

It was very peaceful and quiet. We saw deer a few times and where provided some corn to feed them which was a nice touch. There are many other small details like this scattered throughout the cabin that make it stans out. It was situated in a great spot with close proximity to Bentonville and Eureka Springs for our day trips. Yet, the cabin felt special and tucked away.

Justin was a pleasure to deal with and the tiny house right next to a bubbling creek was just right for a relaxing stay. Everything about the place was exactly as described and I wouldn’t change a thing. Justin was very pleasant and was available and responsive. I even had a chance to meet him one evening when he swung by to mow (after he thoughtfully checked with me first - even offering to bring me anything I might need) and he was very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Great spot! I’ll be back the next time I return to visit family.

was an absolute great stay! beautiful scenery around the dome! had absolutely no problems with anything! I did have an incident where I left my muddy tennis shoes right outside the front door and the neighbors dog ran off with one shoe, but the neighbors were extremely friendly and helped me find it! but overall was an amazing little getaway! would definately recommend staying here!

I enjoyed my stay off the beaten path in Fayetteville. There is a steep gravel road, which makes for a peaceful stay while still close to the city. Nicely decorated as well.

Heidi’s place is just magical. My wife and I were shown to our little cabin by Tom and he made sure we were set up. We really enjoyed the large covered deck, especially with some rain the first morning. We loved the hot tub the first night we were there. And we really were grateful for the 1 mile meditation trail around the property – a peaceful spring, blooming wildflowers – the Ozarks at its best. The little cabin itself was spotless and had amazing peaceful vibes about it. All scaled down a bit but totally adequate and everything fit the space well. Heidi made breakfast for us the first morning – it was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. Amazing that she had an extensive menu of breakfast smoothies, meals and beverages for us to choose from. We absolutely look forward to going back soon.

Secluded. Serine. This place felt mystical and dreamlike… the windows allowed natural sunlight and a gateway to the scenic forest around us. her book collection was astounding and the small collection of movies was nothing other than classic nostalgia. Wish we could’ve stayed longer

We’ve been home a few days now and can’t stop thinking about the amazing private setting, relaxing in the hot tub, the crystal clear projector, and the unique rustic design and decor. It was truly an amazing place to stay! Our hosts were responsive and kind, and the property was well maintained. We will definitely be back!
