We had a great long weekend stay at Beverly's place! The 5 of us (parents/3 teen/pre-teens) fit perfectly in the space and it was close to everything we wanted to check out in the area. We especially appreciated Beverly's recommendation to head to downtown Bentonville for an event while we were in town. We also enjoyed a great hike a Tanyard Creek. Mornings on the back porch were our favorite part of the Airbnb. Overall, great weekend and great space for us to stay - would highly recommend.

Unique and comfortable lodging. We watched a calf being born from our window through binoculars. Bulls, cows, horses, geese, a visiting bunny and a bald eagle captured our interest. Be-Ann and Larry were great hosts and made us feel welcome. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious and there was comfy seating for 7 people in the living room.

We have stayed at Rim River several times. It is our favorite place when we are in the Fayetteville area. We love all the nature and peacefulness.

Came in town for a quick business trip. Place was clean, modern and I felt right at home. Will be coming back for sure.

Great place to stay, 6 stars if you like to mountain bike. Being above the phat tire bike shop made easy access to bike rentals. And you could hop on epic trails right from the location. Bonus, the coffee shop on site opens around 7, so you can grab coffee and goodies if you want! Even though the place is setup for adventure and bikes, it’s super clean. No bike mess. Excellent huge elevator too.

The 2nd story deck has a nice view of Shadow Lake and is perched near the tree tops; the Merlin Bird ID app recorded 14 birds in 20 minutes - warblers, vireos, a Baltimore oriole, a Kingfisher and more. The ground level patio was private & a sweet spot for my morning stretches, exercises and a sitting meditation on the riverbank. Bed was very comfortable for an older person with hip arthritis. The stairs from ground to apartment are steep but solid, with gripper tread and secure handrail. First night I walked the one block to Main St for delicious pizza & stopped at nearby ice cream shop. Good coffee & cinnamon role next morning at Elk River Coffee Co. Due to the rain and swollen river I had to pivot from original plan for outdoor activities; drove to Bentonville (35 minutes) and enjoyed Crystal Bridges Museum. On my second morning the weather cleared, I did some watercolor on the deck; after checkout I did the one hour tour at Bluff Dwellers Cave. Train sound was not a problem.

We stayed a week at Cedar Hollow resort. James was a great host. I have never had that much attention with an Air BNB. He was very accommodating. The room was just like the pictures. The place was away from the commotion of Branson, but close enough to drive too each day. We stopped by Walmart on our way there to grab supplies that we needed. There is a boat ramp close by and the dock is just over the hill. My kids are teenagers so they were appreciative of the Wi-Fi. The lake and scenery were beautiful. We took our dog. He enjoyed the walks in the neighborhood each day. The other couples staying at the resort were super friendly. If you are looking for an affordable peaceful place on Table Rock Lake look no further. This is the one.

One of my favorite places to stay in Bentonville. Perfect space. Perfect location. Walked out the door for a run around the square and crystal bridges trail. 2nd visit to this place and can’t wait to come back!

Apartment was clean, cute and bed was comfortable. The Cove restaurant is also a good place to stop in and eat. We will keep this place saved for our next visit. A

Well appointed loft studio in a fantastic location! Towels and linens were great quality and bed super comfortable. Also appreciate the quality espresso Loved being able to walk to Meteor for dinner and breakfast and close to the Ledger for meetings.

This cottage was the perfect place to relax and we felt comfortable both days we were there. It is very cozy and we loved the decor. We decided at the last moment to add another night and Christopher was very accommodating and made it easy for us. He is great at communicating with his guests and the instructions were spot on!! We will definitely stay there again!!!

This has to be the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. If secluded and private are your thing then this is the spot for you. We loved sitting in the hot tub under the moon and stars listening to all things in the night. The house is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals. All you have to do is buy the food. Truly felt as if we were at our home away from home. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Beautiful location and a great stay at the Benton Place Inn. Most everything was walkable during our 4 day stay. Would definitely recommend here, and would stay here again!

Having a Airbnb for a couple years, this was our first stay at one! Mary was very accommodating to me and all my questions. We enjoyed the stay and enjoyed the hot tubs. The place was very clean and both the bed linens and bath towels etc. were comfy and high quality. I would recommend to other guests.

awesome property that had enough room for so many. the place was elegant and laid out perfectly with all the games you need to do inside and the walk path down to the lake to fish or swim. we will rent this property again for another trip to the lake for sure.

We can't say enough about this place. Not just the suite that we stayed in, but the whole building was just perfect. Best hosts we have ever experienced with any rental property. They literally take care of everything for you. The location is absolutely perfect; it is so quiet. It almost feels like you're in a treehouse when sitting outside. The spring is so relaxing, and the decks and lower patio are amazing. But the best things about this place are Jom and Judy. They put themselves into this property of course. But they also put themselves into every rental. They care about your stay, they really do. Jom is great, he knows everything about the town, buildings and its history. He is also a whole bag of fun and can show you where to eat and get the best drinks. These are the kind of hosts you want to take with you to dinner or drinks to be honest. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Eureka Springs, no doubt there. A+++++
