The wagon has a cosy king bed, cooking facilities, fridge freezer and wood stove. Right next door is the bathroom with flushing toilet, sink and hot shower.

Situated on the river Dee, just 2 minutes walk to Llangollen bridge and all town centre amenities. We are dog & child friendly with a fairy garden, tree house and trampoline. We are set in a private enclosed 1 acre garden on the river bank with fishing rights. There are a variety of seating areas, fire pit and BBQ. There are plenty of country walks, pubs, the Elms hotel for a spa experience and Witley Court within minutes. The Potting Shed sleeps up to 3 guests. The loft is rented separately to the Potting shed and accommodates couples or families/group of 3. Massage & treatments on request.
