Beautiful Stone Townhouse, by the canal.

CatherineRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We loved our stay at Lisa & Dominic's. Lisa was incredibly quick to respond, and gave helpful information in advance both on the house and the area. We brought our young baby and Lisa made sure everything was ready for us, including a warm home which made it really lovely to arrive to. The house has everything you need, and is a comfortable and relaxing environment.

A very nicely designed house with 2 very generous bedrooms. Extremely comfortable mattresses and the bedding smelt divine! Everything anyone could need along with a beautifully manicured and well thought out private garden. Two adorable cats came to visit, presumably the neighbours. Would highly recommend . Town Cottage

BobRating, 5 stars42 months ago
We were supposed to be staying at Town Cottage in Llanidloes but there was a problem with the boiler so Ruth very kindly let us stay at Lower Dolgenau instead. Therefore this review applies to Lower Dolgenau. It was a lovely cottage and although we were not in the town, the countryside was idyllic. We woke up every morning to the sounds of a babbling river, sheep and pheasants. The cottage is full of character and very cosy but plenty of space. The cottage is just off the road between the village of Trefeglwys and the hamlet of Llawr-y-Glyn. The nearest pub is about 2 miles away and it's only 7 miles to drive down the hill to the town which has some nice cafes, a bookshop and an organic food shop. It's a superb area for walking. Don't miss Llyn Clywedog or Hafren Forest and there are plenty more walks on the Llanidloes website.

Hay on Wye townhouse, walled garden, sleeps 8

HuwRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
An exceptionally beautiful home — full of charm and tastefully decorated throughout. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully presented. It was perfect for our group of four colleagues visiting Hay-on-Wye for a corporate event (if anything, we had more space than we needed!). Ideally located for exploring both the town and the surrounding area. Pierson was an outstanding host, providing clear, timely information that made arrival, parking and check-out completely effortless. I couldn’t recommend this property or host more highly.

The Old Morgan Period Townhouse

KarenRating, 5 stars5 days ago
A lovely place where we felt immediately at home. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished to a high standard. To be honest, the photos do not do it justice. The first floor terrace was a perfect spot for a glass of wine at the end of the day, with views of the countryside. The house is conveniently located, just 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of town. Vanessa was very welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay here!

Fabulous Georgian Town House in centre of Ludlow

CarysRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house. It comfortably hosted all 8 of us, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was really well equipped, with everything we needed to prepare meals at ‘home’. The beds were all very comfortable, and even the room that was divided by a curtain worked surprisingly well. It still felt private enough for our two-night stay. The period features of the house gave it real character and made the whole stay feel like a luxury experience. The location was great too. We found it easy to walk to all the helpful local places the host recommended, which made exploring the area stress-free and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth thanks to the clear instructions, and the tips for parking were especially helpful and much appreciated. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a really homely feel. Perfect for a short group getaway. Would definitely recommend it to others and happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Adrian’s place! The house was immaculately clean, and we felt so welcome due to the thoughtful touches - the milk in the fridge and breakfast items were greatly appreciated. The quality of the kitchen and bathroom and the general decor really added to our stay, we were able to relax and felt right at home straight away. Adrian’s was one of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens we have stayed in, so cooking a meal was super easy. We slept really well due to the super comfy beds, and blackout blinds and curtains. Adrian was brilliant with communication and we really appreciated his flexibility with check-in. We would definitely like to come back here!

Stunning 2 Bed Cottage With Lovely Walled Garden

TessaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Croft Cottage has, over the past few years, come to feel like our home away from home! The house is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and filled with beautiful trinkets. The garden is a joy to sit in in the warmer weather amongst buzzing bees and beautiful birdsong. It is a fantastic base from which to see Shrewsbury and surrounds. It’s on a quiet cul de sac, and an easy walk into the centre of Shrewsbury. A local mini-supermarket, butcher and cafe are a stone’s throw away. It is one of our favourite holiday homes and we cannot recommend it enough. Thank you, Gaynor and Andy!

Stonesthrow Townhouse in Centre of Leek

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Lovely home, boutique decor feel. 3 double bedrooms were all beautiful and very comfy. Lots of welcoming touches and pet friendly. House situated in a great location, town centre at the top of the street (1 min walk) with great places to eat on doorstep. Leek Bar and Grill (Mediterranean Restaurant) served delicious food ( great vegetarian options), very reasonable prices. Dogs welcome. Lots charity shops and independent shops. Down the street the other way is Brough Park (5 mins walk). Huge beautiful park, fantastic for dog walks and the skate park area was a hit with my son. Lidl supermarket round the corner. Great base, drove to the beautiful village of Castleton (45 min drive) and visit to the Caverns, stunning views. Plenty other places to go walking within 40 mins drive including Luds Church stunning views 20 mins drive. Perfect for myself 2 kids and a dog. Small town house, Living room ok for us but 4 + would be a squeeze. Compact but beautiful, cosy, warm and practical.
