Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sévrier

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

Pascal is a wonderful host. The studio apartment is perfect for a couple.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic week at Armelle and Sébastien's chalet. Beautiful decor, comfort, all the necessary kitchen equipment and an incredible view of the lake. We cross the road and we are right on the edge of the lake where a pedestrian/cyclist path allows us to take great walks.

Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Very nice very cozy place. We had a very short stay there but we were not disappointed. The view is beautiful and the wooden interior is just as beautiful. The welcome we received was perfect, the instructions for finding the accommodation were very clear, we found it right away. I would highly recommend it!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Before we arrived and during our stay, if we had small questions, the communication was always very fluid and friendly. Bijoux's apartment is very nice and very well equipped, very close to the lake and we had a splendid weather, what a chance! We really had a great time in Sévrier!

Large part of the accommodation refurbished, has everything to allow a relaxing or sporty or discovery stay, a location allowing you to walk to Annecy in 45 min when the buses (50 m away) are too full or to enjoy the magnificent panorama offered by the green path bordering the lake far from the cars. Bicycles are king around the lake, but pedestrians/walkers also have a special place. Having parking for the car is a plus because outside they are all full. You can leave it there and enjoy without it. Our hosts Alain and his wife lovely and nearby, passionate about their region that they share with us through their information. I recommend this apartment and I think I'll happily return.

An ideal 2-night stay in this little cocoon of accommodation. The setting is wonderful and soothing and ideally located for cycling or walking on the lake. No complaints, I'll be back as soon as possible!

We felt very soon at home! And enjoyed the apartment and surroundings for two weeks. You can easily park the car. If you wish to go to the city of Annecy you can take the bus. And we can also recommend renting bicycles for number of days. The beach is 5 min walking from the apartment. The apartment is clean and has everything you need: washing machine, ironing board, dishwasher, coffee maker. We can definitely recommend Sophie's apartment.

Well-equipped studio, but we were only there for the nights and did not enjoy the amenities. Possibility of grilling outdoors, small private terrace. Very quiet neighborhood, close to a very good bakery and the bike path and the lake. A few laps from the Old Town of Annecy. We couldn't meet Francois, who was on vacation, but the many contacts we had suggest that he is a very cheerful person. I recommend

We are well received by Isabelle and Michel. The location is really great, opposite Lake Annecy. We take our breakfast every morning on the terrace with this beautiful view. Transport level, the accommodation is a 3 min walk from the bus stop that takes us to Annecy in less than 20 min. The accommodation is clean, well equipped. A large living room and two bedrooms side by side, ideal for 4 people. A little extra: we loved the cake prepared by Isabelle and Michel 🤗

Great location. Amazing view! Quiet surroundings and neighborhood. Easy walk to the village and waterfront. Fun restaurants to walk to. Great hiking and biking in the area.

Perfect location and perfectly equipped. The proximity to shops and the lake is a big plus. Responsive host and flexible on schedules! A good place to keep for a future stay!

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Amazing location, great place and friendly and kind host!

Had a pleasant stay at Sandrine and Frédéric's place. Everything is as described. Very quiet in the immediate vicinity of the bus line to get to Annecy and thus avoid traffic and parking problems. Accessible to shops and the market on foot. Only small detail a lack of pressure in the shower, this will not stop us if the opportunity arises to return to this accommodation. Valerie

We spent 3 days at Marilyne's place, where everything is well thought out so that we can have a wonderful stay in this beautiful region. Marilyne is available, responsive, and very friendly. I would recommend this place for its location, cleanliness and views of Lake Annecy.
