Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Selva di Val Gardena

Close walk to the water, no view of the lake from the house but that’s ok because the space is sparklingly clean. You get a covered garage to park and a very clean laundry room to do your laundry!!! Some cleaning fairy even did our wash we found out when we went to go start our load, and had put it on the drying rack like a professional. Thank you!

The apartment is very clean. It consists of one large bedroom with large comfortable bed and another small room with the two small beds. The bathroom I see it as one only (one for shower and two sinks - no toilet-, the other is only toilet and a sink). The cleanliness of the place is the main highlight, it is very clean. Don’t forget the peace that you will experience during your stay and the quietness since that the apartment is located in the ZTL area and close to protected buildings and very beautiful to walk on the neighborhood. Friendly people and beautiful nature surrounded us during this stay. The balcony is another big highlight as you can sit there forever just to admire the nature. We checked-in at late night and Dietmar was responsive and ensured that we got in the apartment. The kitchen also had what we needed of oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, tools in general and soap. Lovely place - away from the main ski resort🌅☺️ We were very happy that we found our place, by chance, on the edge of the ski resort to the Sellaronda. The local mountain always had a great slope, there was little going on and there was no snake. Free parking available at the elevator The place was nicely decorated - we were completely satisfied. The view of the mountains was very nice 🗻☀️ Communication with Bettina was super friendly and straightforward ☺️ A few more points we would have liked: - More power sockets There was no outlet in the pointed floor with the double bed, and a shelf or rule etc. would have been helpful here Also in the kitchen a second outlet would be useful for coffee maker and toaster for parallel use - Ski cellar with heating For our ski boots, we would have liked a heater, so the shoes did not dry - A simple filter coffee machine for larger quantities 😄 and no capsule machine

We were a group of five colleagues, and this was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great, and the views of the East Dolomites were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax after our days out. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We stayed in this beautiful and clean apartment for a week to ski. For us, the location was optimal. Very quiet, but still central and with good & short access to the ski slopes. Elisabeth was very communicative, always available and very friendly. We appreciate the hospitality.

Amazing place with excellent views of the mountains and nature. Quiet, well equipped, seemed freshly renovated with nice wood furnishings and amazing sauna.

One of our favorite Airbnbs. The location was very central to all the hikes around Cortina d’Ampezzo, the house was so homey and well stocked and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Roberta was also very responsive whenever we had questions and when we needed help to do laundry. Will definitely book this Airbnb again when we come back!

If you like peace and quiet in the Dolomites this is the ideal location. The apartment was excellent for our family. Sabrina is very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

Awesome house on the hills of Trento. luxurious with great facilities. Only two rooms, but it was confortable for my group of 5.

We felt like we were living in a little fairytale:) Every corner of the house has a story, from the lovely decorations to the cozy kitchen filled with everything one could possibly need. We had a wonderful stay at this great holiday apartment. We would like to highlight the central location and the high quality amenities – everything was very well maintained and stylishly furnished. Ute's place was perfect, extremely clean, in a nice quiet location close to the city of Cortina. Her communication was excellent, and she has some great recommendations. The house has everything we needed for a 4 night stay to hike the surrounding trails. It was central to all the main hikes. We highly recommend Ute's location.

Beautiful accommodation located on the first floor above a pizzeria that allows you to eat until late. Very nice apartment, Hannes welcomed us and even helped us by asking the restaurant below if we could leave the car in the parking lot since we were only staying one night! He even surprised us by leaving us sausage, wine and homemade honey! Very kind of him! I recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed! I'll be back if I'm in the area again! Super nice!
