The small, charming accommodation is located directly on the nature reserve in a prime residential area on the southern outskirts of Hamburg. Completely newly built in mid-2017 in a spacious detached house, it invites you to relaxing vacation days directly at the local recreation area or to a Hamburg vacation, because the transport connections to the city of Hamburg are very good by car as well as by bus and train. The accommodation for up to 4 people is located in the best, very quiet residential area on the first floor of a large single-family house. I live in the same house. As a host in the best sense, we are available day and night and will be happy to help with questions and problems. Is something missing from the accommodation? Anything not to your satisfaction? The completely newly built accommodation consists of a small bedroom with double bed, bathroom with toilet, spacious shower, washer-dryer and a small living area with additional sofa bed and open kitchen. Access to the private, small terrace is possible both via the living area and the bedroom. Bicycles can be provided by arrangement for a small fee. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, espresso and coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the living room, there is a 42" TV and a small HiFi system. Hamburg and Lüneburg can be easily reached by car (approx. 25 minutes) or by public transport.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.
