Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Vacation home on the border to Hamburg central location

Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The proximity to the Stuvenwald, which is partly already part of Hamburg, gives the place a rural character,

The municipality of Stelle is located southeast of Hamburg with shopping facilities. In 30 minutes you can reach Hamburg and Lüneburg. The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. It was renovated in 2024 and has a spacious living room, a new kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination as well as 4 bedrooms with 1.20 m wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed. A large south-facing terrace with a barbecue and a garden invite you to relax.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can take the regional express from Ahrensburg station to Hamburg Central Station in 20 minutes. Ahrensburg has around 35,000 inhabitants and borders directly on Hamburg. Ahrensburg is known for its castle, among other things. The accommodation is a 100sqm semi-detached house built in 1998 with a small, cozy front garden, terrace, carport, 4 rooms, a shower and bathtub, as well as a guest toilet and a kitchen. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space between Hamburg and Lüneburg. Completely renovated in 2021, the apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail in the country house style. Numerous interesting destinations in the near and far surroundings are the ideal starting point for a relaxing stay on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath! The city of Lüneburg is about 20 km away and Hamburg is about 40 km away. The Luhmühlen tournament square is about 7 km away.

Big vacation home with Sauna by the Klecker Wald

Our Heidehaus was built in 2001 in traditional timber construction with ecological materials and has a very beautiful and relaxing energy. It consists of two connected houses and is located in a very quiet residential area, right next to the beautiful Klecker Wald (Forest). The guest house was completely renovated in 2024 and has a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a sauna with an infrared/heat cabin. I live in the rear house myself with my family.

The property is centrally located in Buchholz in the Nordheide, within walking distance of the train station and the city center. Parking and a bus stop are in front of the property. The bright 50 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and has private access. The property is in a quiet, exposed location, suitable for 2-3 people and has one bedroom as well as a large separate living and dining area with kitchen.

House in the countryside with good transport connections

Our vacation home on the Pulverbach is in a very quiet street directly by the forest. It has about 90 square meters. You have a terrace to linger and a garden at your disposal. The bus stop with direct connection to Hamburg is only 5 minutes away. The heath and the Heidschnuckenweg are also close by. For your bike there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.
