Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Seaside

The owner, Blaze, was so kind and responsive and was a wonderful host. We made very last minute plans for some of our mother-son group to stay in the area for a couple of extra days and just needed a smaller place to stay in after we checked out of a larger home in watercolor. This condo was a perfect choice for us and Blaze was very accommodating and helpful, even allowing us to check in early at no additional cost. It was clear that he takes pride in his place and he was very kind and patient with all of my many questions and requests. We love the 30A area and have been vacationing there for years. We usually stay in Watercolor/Seaside and had never stayed in Seagrove before. It was a beautiful area, this condo was clean and comfortable and Blaze was an excellent host. The beach was close and easy to walk to and the golf cart was an added bonus for navigating the area. The shuttle service provided by the condos was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

5 stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental! The location was ideal—just a short low speed vehicle drive to the beach, so we could easily go back and forth all day. The property itself was stunning. The pool was a great bonus to swim in day or night. But our favorite feature was the gorgeous screened-in back porch. It was the perfect spot to relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the peaceful surroundings without bugs. Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and high-end. From the cozy furniture to the modern appliances, everything felt luxurious yet inviting. The host was friendly and responsive which made the experience even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely in every detail well communicated great location to 30a and close to pier park. Pool was amazing and professionally maintained Access to beach was impressive very little effort to enjoy a beach day easy paking great pathways to water. Interior is first class. And the accommodation for pets is a huge plus.

We had the best stay at The Faulking Beach House! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, if not better! The pool was literally right out the back door which our kids loved. Having a golf cart for our use was a game changer - we took that to and from the beach everyday. Mandy was an exceptional host and provided us with all of the recommendations we could need. She thought of everything to stock in the house - she even had a small step stool that made it easier for our kids to reach the sinks. I could go on and on about how great everything was! We were so thankful for the time we were able to stay here and hope to go back again!

Beautiful place . Very close to the beach. Nice community. Close to shopping and eating area. Wish I had more time to stay and enjoy and explore the area. Ryan was very helpful quick to response .

What an amazing location and an easy process. We couldn’t believe how close we were to everything. I highly recommend this home for a couple or single person. I can’t believe our luck that it was available!

We had an excellent stay. Teresa and Darren were very responsive and accommodating when it came to things like check-in and checkout and addressing anything we needed help with. The house is in a great location, walkable to beach access and restaurants - but having the golf cart was an extremely welcome added bonus that made hopping from point to point super easy. The house was very clean and well equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the pool/backyard area was ideal. Having the grill be on a natural gas hookup was super convenient, we never had to worry about propane or charcoal - very much appreciated. This property is a wonderful place for a small group or family to enjoy Santa Rosa Beach. I would not hesitate to stay again!

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great time during our stay. The house is beautiful and everybody was very happy with their rooms. Great outdoor spaces and a very short walk to the beach. Highly Recommended!

I’d definitely be back. Every Easter I go to Destin to the beach and the weather is always amazing. The hot tub, and pool are definitely worth it.

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.

We and our pups thoroughly enjoyed staying at Dodie’s beach house. We look forward to visiting again in the future! The hot tub was an added bonus on those long days walking around the shops, and conservation park.

Mark was an amazing host! He was incredibly responsive and very helpful! He went above and beyond and it was much appreciated!

We enjoyed staying @ Michelle’s place! It was the perfect area. We walked to Pier Park & Dusty’s for lunch/supper. The house was super clean & Michelle was always very quick with responses to my question before the trip and also during the trip. We hope to come back and stay with her soon!

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is walkable to public beach access - which was never too busy or packed. It is also close to seaside and easy to pop over for dinner etc. The house itself is in a little community with other similar houses. It was always quiet and peaceful. Inside the house was a cute and simple layout with a very comfy bed. Best of all, Chris responded to any questions or requests we had within a matter of minutes! We had a great time.

This beautiful and spacious home was exactly as advertised. The location and view of the beach is heavenly. Having your own pool is a terrific bonus. Nina was very responsive and answered all of my questions timely. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. In fact we had such a great time (and felt so much like we were “home”) that we decided to look at buying nearby. This house (and the hosts) were *perfect* - and I don’t use that word lightly. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The experience in this home and with these hosts couldn’t have been better. We will certainly be back.

The house was so beautiful I love everything about it everyone was able to sleep comfortably the pool was so nice and very clean it had all of the beach necessities you could need.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was home away from home but even better. So much thought went in to every little detail of this home. It was beautiful inside and out! Our kids had the best time and we loved having them fenced in the back. The neighborhood was also so peaceful. We hope to be able to come back in the near future!
