We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as beautiful as the pictures—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a nice open floor plan. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which was such a bonus for meals at home. We especially enjoyed using the grill on the back patio and relaxing by the pool and deck after days at the beach. There was easy access to several nearby beaches, and the golf cart made getting around town so convenient. The bikes were also a nice touch for evening rides and exploring the area. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby, and while there was some construction next door (which seems common in the area), it was never loud or disruptive to our stay. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful house and great private location. It was so close to the pool. The golf cart was perfect to drive up to get super close to walk across the street down to the beach. It was also fun to take to the chill. The house had all the things we needed and it was so nice that they had saved beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to share for use.

We loved our stay here at Chelsea’s place! She was an awesome host and very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we may have had. The location was great! It was about 1 mile from public beach access. The Chill across the street was a great little spot to hang out with different events each night, our kids enjoyed the kids dance night! The community pool was amazing as well.

This home was really nice. It was very clean and spacious located in a peaceful neighborhood, allowing for a relaxing vacation with my family. Lana was also easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again whenever I decide to take another trip to this area.

The location was key and the home is beautiful. I liked all of the local recommendations Trevor sent and he was responsive with messages. This suited our needs perfectly. The garage had everything we needed for the beach, the only things we brought were beach toys for the kids and puddle jumpers. If I were to come again, I’d bring my own shampoo/conditioner/soap since what was available definitely wouldn’t last us a week. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. And the outdoor shower was more for rinsing off from the beach, which was still nice for getting all of the sand off. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

We enjoyed the luxurious home and private beach. It was perfect for game night and family meals also. The walking trails are beautiful.

This was our second time staying at Happy’s place prior to a family beach vacation. The home is very accommodating and there were lots of thoughtful touches. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well equipped. The house also has many interesting architectural features and is within the DeFuniak Springs historic district, so we enjoyed the neighborhood and taking walks around the area and to the cute downtown. We will be back!

Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped home tucked away on a quiet street. Easy access to beach via golf cart. Great home for two families with two primary suites and a great bunk room for kids. Across the street from sweet neighborhood park.

Susan Elizabeth’s place was beautiful! The golf cart was the perfect method of transportation. We never moved our automobile! The drive to the beach took a little longer than 5 minutes, but it was enjoyable. This was a great family vacation, highly recommended and hope to visit again, soon!

Great place! Loved the location and big pool - tons of dining options nearby, dog-friendly and very clean! Also appreciated that it had everything we needed for the beach including umbrellas, portable chairs, and more! It was even better than we hoped for and we will definitely be back next time we are in the 30A area.

We love the Hygge House! The location is second to none just two blocks from the public beach access, an easy walk to Seaside, and a half mile from Publix. The pool and backyard were great, and the house itself was wonderful on a quiet, tree-lined street. David's communication was fantastic before, during, and after our trip. Highly recommended!

Kalos dwellings was a great place to stay for our family of 8 to stay for an extended birthday weekend celebration! Communication was outstanding with the owners. The townhome housed us comfortably, and was stocked well with what we would need. The pool was close and large. The Big Chill was fun to walk to for entertainment. It wasn’t too far from the beach but not the most convenient. However, once we shuttled a few times on the golf cart and a few bikes it was enjoyable! Overall it was a pleasant easy weekend staying at Kalos Dwellings!

Great place to stay! Felt just like home. Well exceeded our expectations. Host was very attentive. Wonderful experience. Can’t wait to book again!!

A wonderful short beach trip to this super nice and clean home with a beautiful pool to relax by.

Amber was an amazing host! Very responsive and informative for check in and answering our questions throughout the stay. We brought our two medium size dogs and the house was perfect. The backyard is fenced in so they could play, and there’s a walking path at the entrance of the road for walks. Getting to the beach is incredibly walkable, and you have your pick of two beach entrances at the end of the road. The house itself was perfect for our stay with three adults and a 15 month old. Three spacious bedrooms, a great kitchen and dining area, and every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. The overall location is great; easy to get to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Publix is a 2 minute drive. Overall we had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate going back!

The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need to go the beach organized and ready to go , short walk to the beach, pool was very clean . Wonderful location, loved the place , will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family!!!!

Easy access to the beach with golf cart and lots of beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrella were great. Very communicative host. Large fridge and new washer/dryer with Tide pods. King bed and linens were very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This home was beautiful inside and out! And the golf cart was an awesome plus. This home was stocked with everything, for everyday use! Everything was close, from the beach to restaurants etc. the location was perfect. Our family and I certainly had a great time. The pictures listed don’t do its justice. It is a beautiful home. Scott and Sarah did an awesome job at hosting us! Definitely recommend.
