This place definitely felt like home the host was great! Honestly in the perfect location you can be on the beach in no time easy walk very nice place with wonderful host! We will be coming back to stay again! Don’t overlook this place it’s a one of a kind!

We had a great time at this location. Just steps away from a private beach location and close enough to ride our golf cart to Seaside in less than 5 minutes! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the condo. The location was perfect, since it was so close to the beach, shopping and restaraunts. The condo was clean, neat and spacious. It was well equipt with everything we needed. This was one of our best beach experiences and we will return!

Beautiful and updated condo, just as pictured and described. Quiet, but restaurants, pools, etc steps away. Best amenities we’ve had so far for a 30A trip. Weather wasn’t the best, as it was pretty cold and windy, but we were able to enjoy the amazing heated pools and play pickleball. Will definitely stay again!

Our family enjoyed our stay so much. Daniel and Molly’s place was so cute and we absolutely loved the bunk beds! The design elements were so nice and it was a great central location to Seaside and Rosemary Beach where we spent most of our time. They were especially good communicators and everything was easy to understand and their instructions were so easy to follow. We would highly recommend this place to our friends.

This was the perfect place for our family! Super clean and nicely renovated, easy beach access, beautiful view, lots of little touches that made it the perfect stay! We will be back!

This is the cutest little condo. It's very well-decorated, and it was very clean when we arrived. We loved being able to walk right off the patio to get to the beach. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning. All of the appliances worked, and I had everything I needed to cook. We could hear the people above us in the mornings, but they weren't too loud. I had to contact Brett once, and he responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great location, quiet, family friendly area of 30a and right on the beach. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! The location is perfect- quiet and private but close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Being able to walk right out to the beach was amazing and the view from the back porch was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

We had the best stay here for our anniversary and baby moon! The location was ideal for anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and in beautiful Blue Mountain. The walk to the beach was as close as can be - just a matter of walking down the stairs of the building and the stairs to the sand! Another plus was the ease of parking and how walkable numerous restaurants were from the Airbnb. We didn’t even have to rent beach chairs and an umbrella thanks to the equipment in the unit! The balcony was perfect for relaxing after the beach and enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. Staying at this unit grants access to a private stretch of beach that was spacious, beautiful, and never very crowded - even on a holiday weekend! Grace was great at communicating and had the place prepared perfectly for us. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved the condo! We spent a week enjoying every moment of the view! The pool was great and the beach being right there was fantastic! We hated to see the week come to an end! We will definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic week spent at Cindy's place. The location was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was closer than we initially thought it would be and the complex itself was very quiet and family friendly. Cindy was a great host, we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious condo, perfect place for a girls weekend trip. Really loved the neighboring local options (coffee, dessert, seafood, wine and beer). Our host was very responsive and we loved everything about our stay.

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Bill’s place. The 2 BR/2 Ba was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen had the basic amenities including coffee and spices, for us to make some basic meals. The closest beach access at Sugar Dunes was a short stroll right out the condo entrance. However, while you can use the boardwalk, the beaches surrounding this access are Private beaches. We walked less than a quarter mile on the beach to the right towards the public beaches near Eastern lake. There is also a shuttle provided to this public beach access that runs 9-5 pm daily, without much of a wait. We took this a couple of times when we had lots of beach gear. There was a closet full of beach chairs and sand toys that would have been helpful if we did not bring our own. Beach towels were also provided. Bill is a great host, always helpful and responsive. Seagrove beach is one of our favorite beaches. We would love to return next year!

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.
