Excellent accommodation for our family of 7 with plenty of space and spare bedrooms with good local amenities and a beach close by. Only setback was the closure of the free public car park close by on the bank holiday which led to searches for space as close to the house as possible. This didn’t change our view of this excellent accommodation

Great place in a quiet spot good for colouring Cowal peninsula. The separate sauna and hot tub were even better than imagined. Great place for those with mobility issues.

First family holiday away with our 2 years old and two dogs. Loved the accommodations and views from the cabin. The hot tub was superb to wind down in the evening. Patrick gave us some great recommendations to visit a beach with was fantastic. We will 100% be coming again. Patrick was a great host. The holiday park was well kept, the pond was nice to feed the ducks and swans.

We had a really great family reunion and the wonderful weather was the icing on the cake.

Lovely place very clean ,and the beds were very comfortable ,close to the station and a few shops ,if my daughter dosnt move from shotts i will book this again ,would definitely recomend .

Stayed with parents, it is the nicest place any of us have stayed. The site itself is a hidden gem. It's beautifully landscaped and the cafe has the best carrot cake I have ever tasted. All of the staff were lovely and the owners are really friendly and passionate about the site. The lodge is SO spacious, the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen has everything you'd need to stay here for an extended time. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the lodge. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and the blinds are black out. Outside there is a large decking area right around the lodge and lots of furniture. My Mam has Mobility issues which is why I chose this lodge and it was perfect for her. I can't fault it in any way, it was perfect - we will be back. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wendy and Julie’s house was perfect for our family gathering, it is close to the beach and the town. The kitchen had everything we needed, the garden space was lovely, all in all it was a great spot. The games and toys were a thoughtful addition; my granddaughter loved the miniature play kitchen, it kept her entertained for hours!

We had an amazing stay here for a few nights but we could have stayed much longer because we felt right at home! My now husband and I eloped whilst we were there and Alan and Yvonne couldn't have been kinder or better hosts. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special and it's obvious they take it all very seriously, by their attention to detail and everything that they offer. Without a doubt I'd recommend staying here!

Liz was very kind, she provided us with fresh eggs, coffee, honey from her bees, and homemade bread! She even had everything ready for us to start a fire as we were arriving quite late. She even went out of her way to bring us more coffee in the morning. The property was beautiful, and everything was lovely. The cats were so gorgeous! Thank you for having us!

Extremely relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. check in was very easy, with Nikki being quick to respond and update. The accommodation is hard to describe in words and photos but it is a private, tranquil space set away from the main house with its own driveway space and fencing around the garden and firepit area. The house is very well equipped, clean, spacious and has a log burner. Only thing to mention is bring logs if you want to use the log burner/fire pit, and bring a cafetiere if you cant live without coffee! All in all a wonderful stay and would love to revisit sometime!

I really enjoyed my stay at Little Gladsmuir. I was staying there while doing some work experience in gardens around St Andrews, after a long day working it was great to have somewhere cosy to come back to. The lovely garden and location made it really relaxing. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were as described. The cooker and washer-dryer was especially useful for a longer stay. The location was convenient for getting into St Andrews and the local beaches. The bus station was only a short walk for getting further afield. I really recommend visiting the fishing villages like Pittenweem and St Monans and walking along the Fife Coastal Path. Jenny was really helpful and responded to any queries quickly. She made my stay in St Andrews a really nice, memorable one and I hope to visit again soon!

Liz has a fantastic place in the peaceful and picturesque Cuil Bay. I couldn’t recommend this place and Liz’s hospitality enough. Liz was always on hand if needed. The house has a beautiful garden and terrace, and is equipped with anything and everything you could need. Cuil Bay is beautiful, and both Fort William abd Glencoe within easy driving distance. We will definitely be back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Brooklyn Lodge. Jennifer's property was on a well managed and peaceful site with shops and eating places within walking distance. We would happily stay again.

Jacqui was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and so helpful and kind felt at home and so comfortable the place was spotless the hot-tubs were placed perfectly and got your own privacy with beautiful views. 10/10 will be back

This is a beautiful property and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the northern highlands. Close to town (by car), lots of recommendations from Lisa. The cabin was well appointed and felt so cosy and comfortable. Had all the amenities for a wonderful stay, including laundry (for a small reasonable fee). Thank you so much Lisa for providing a wonderful spot.

Wow! Jane’s place is absolutely fabulous! The decor is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need,, lots of modern appliances. The living room and bedroom are beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean with a great shower and good quality toiletries. The summerhouse was a good space to chill in the evening. Jane is a great host, very thoughtful and left a nice welcome basket. There is a driveway for the car and an enclosed garden. Moffat is a lovely town, great restaurants and a lot of dog friendly places, lots of great walks too. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Beautiful location and gorgeous surroundings to explore - Achmelvich beach not to be missed

From start to finish, our break to The Old Barn was an absolute delight. I booked this accommodation, because the photos looked amazing and it was even better in real life. The Old Barn was tastefully decorated and everything in it was in excellent, clean condition. It was also very well equipped and as I like cooking our own meals, it made everything so easy for me. The view was picture postcard perfect and it was so relaxing looking out over the lake. I have never seen so many barn swallows before and adored watching them do their acrobatic twists and turns right in front of the property. The best animal by far though, was the owners Golden Retriever, Bertie. What an absolutely adorable boy he was, so friendly and sociable. He even joined my husband and our Border Collie for a walk. Although we didn't get to meet Laura, Ronnie was an amazing host and nothing was too much for him. He made us feel so welcome and at home. I was looking for a quiet break and this was perfect.

Peaceful location with beautiful views. Great walks on the doorstep. The lodge is lovingly decorated and there were lovely touches like fresh flowers and a homemade cake. Olly left great instructions and recommendations.

This apartment offers everything you need for a stay in Orkney. Location is fabulous, right in the heart of town. Parking in front of accommodation. Spacious and well cared for. Great host. If we ever came back we would stay there again.

Lang Lugs was warm, comfortable and extremely well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Boat of Garten is a delightful, friendly village with an excellent shop. Paul was immediately responsive to any queries I had which was very helpful.

Thanks to Mel &Dom for a lovely stay. Really lovely, interesting space which was extremely comfy and well equipped. The location was right in the middle of all that Pittenweem had to offer. Will definitely be returning!
