We really enjoyed our stay, meeting the family, working sheepdogs and family pets. We were told where and when the best time to view the wild beavers, in the river at the end of their drive, and we were delighted to see several swimming there.

Wendy’s place was the perfect stay in the heart of all the top sites and attractions in Edinburgh! It is just off the Main Street of The Royal Mile! The pace was beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. Would highly recommend staying here for those looking to be in walking distance to the top things to do in the beautiful city!

You can't find a better location or a better apartment than this in Dunfermline! Debbie was an absolutely charming and friendly hostess, so helpful and thoughtful, she made us feel like royalty! The flat is immaculate, stunning, and modern with historic views right in the center of the old town center. Shopping, bus, and restaurants within a very short walk, park with loads of walking paths, the castle, abbey, and Carnegie library literally across the street. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Thanks for a truly lovely stay (and the delicious home baked bread)!

This is a brilliant, spacious, comfortable luxury apartment. It’s beautifully decorated with interesting pictures and objects on the walls, shelves, tables. Every room is generously stocked. The kitchen is a true chef’s kitchen with everything you need to cook – pots, pans, tools, apron, lots of staples. Natasha left an amazing assortment of fresh food and goodies for us. The bed and bath are wonderful. Natasha is a thoughtful, terrific host, great at communicating and offered really helpful local advice. This apartment is filled with light and peace. It’s the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in.

If you are planning a trip to Edinburgh, this is the place to stay. The view from the apartment overlooking Edinburgh Castle is beautiful. The Grassmarket area is so close to everything. You are minutes away from the Royal Mile, Victoria Street, the Vennel, Greyfriars Kirkyard, and the hop on hop off bus stops right down the street. The little cafe next door is great to pick up something for breakfast. The neighborhood felt very safe which was important because I was traveling solo. The apartment is lovely and Aileen provided some delicious treats to enjoy. She is so friendly and messaged me to make sure I was able to locate and access the apartment. It is as clean and cozy as it looks in the photos. I actually hesitate to give such rave reviews because I want to keep this place a secret. I hope to visit Edinburgh with my children some day and will definitely stay at Aileen's place. If you are contemplating staying here do not hesitate. You will love it as much as I do.

An absolutely beautiful accommodation, comfortable & large in a glorious setting. Zoe is so friendly, unassuming & helpful. Encouraged us to wander around her lovely garden, the very old courtyard & surroundings. Her dogs & cats add to the pleasant home stay atmosphere. The breakfast supplies, tea & coffee were very generous. Zoe booked us into a nearby pub for dinner which was a good idea as they can be very busy. There are a number of things to see in nearby towns. We would have loved to have stayed for much longer & will definitely return to Zoe’s if we ever get back to the UK.

We had such a lovely time at Ann’s flat. The view of the castle was absolutely breathtaking, and Ann offered wonderful recommendations of places to eat. It was an absolute joy staying here! The flat was a 10/10 and the host was a 10/10 as well! We couldn’t have had a better stay!! Thanks, Ann!

Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, tranquil and utterly idyllic. Beautiful landscape views, and some stunning sunsets. Excellent food at the friendly pub just down the road. We look forward to a return visit some time.

Lovely premises in Edinburgh’s Georgian neighborhood. Access to the garden and the private gardens as well was a special bonus. Clean, well-maintained premises. Very central to the City. Will definitely be back.

Murray's place was everything you need for a weekend away. the apartment was actually larger than we were expecting, the location is perfect being one street off the main road. private parking to the rear of the property ideal. some tasty treats to welcome as well. Ideal Airbnb.

We had a great stay at Isobel's place. Isobel was very responsive and friendly. Everything was well taken care of, we would come back again.

Helen provided great instructions and the property was easy to find. Everything was perfectly clean, the apartment was very well equipped and we felt right at home. The breakfast items provided were also a nice touch. The view from the garden to the neighbouring field is fantastic and we were able to watch the lambs and calves from the hot tub. The property is also just a short drive from Inverness with all amenities as well as lots of beautiful walks and hikes in the area. We had a fab time and would definitely stay there again.

Billy and his wife were very welcoming. We had a cake baked for us and the apartment was very clean and homely.

This place was just perfect! Private and peaceful with the town only a 20 minute walk away so we took advantage of that and visited a local pub with some live music. The loft was cosy, clean and had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our time in the hot tub! Had a great nights sleep in the softest sheets and Vicky remained responsive throughout the whole stay. 10/10 recommend and would come back again! Thank you!

Loved the location, so many pubs/shop within 5 minutes of walking. Also great that we could drop off our bags in the morning before check in. Super responsive!

Very romantic, comfortable and clean ideal for a weekend away with lovely scenery and trails. Shopping is minimal take what is needed however teas and sugars were provided which was lovely and the hot tub was gorgeous.

Excellent apartment in a great location, and the little treats were very much appreciated! The only issue we had was the shower is very cramped and the doors don't seal 100% so it's difficult to not get water on the floor.

Had a great stay here. The way the place has been decorated is so different to anywhere else I’ve stayed it was so cool. It was so spacious. The outside sitting area was great as the weather was great also. Also a great location as it is handy to go to Bangor or donaghadee for some food or a nice walk. Also from start the to finish the communication was great and both hosts were so helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here

Only issue we had was, that we didn’t stay long enough!! We will be returning and staying for much longer!! The cabin was warm, clean, had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, hot tub was nice and hot! View was outstanding! We also loved how private it was. One of our favourite places we have stopped this year!
