Our homely and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment with 82m2 in a chalet apartment house is located in a central and sunny location above the Volgs with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families suitable up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Be it on foot, by bike or in winter with skis. In the middle of the village, facing the sun all day, close to public transport, mountain railways and swimming lake. Shopping/bakery and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is a few minutes' walk away. Best for 1-2 persons.

Small but nice, great view

Modern, super nice and practically furnished. From 2 (1 double bed) to 6 people (2x sofa beds - 1 in a mini room and 1 in the living room) we use this vacation apartment as a family of 4 with young children at the time. In the meantime, we have adapted the sleeping arrangements to young adults or adults. The dining table is also extendable. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and a washing tower. A modern kitchen and a garage space are included.

A spacious balcony is shown, featuring two comfortable chairs made of dark wicker. The wooden deck provides an inviting space to relax, while a serene landscape of misty hills and trees unfolds in the background.

Perfectly located, especially if you are traveling with public transport. Right next to the small ski resort Pradaschier or next to the gondola that takes you to the Lenzerheide-Arose area. Stefan shared many explanations and videos for us campers that helped us get around and feel comfortable.

We had a wonderful ski holiday in Jörg's apartment. The apartment is spacious and really with everything you need perfectly equipped (both in the kitchen and everywhere else!). After skiing, we could first let the evening sun shine in the face on the balcony and then let ourselves go well in the sauna, just brilliant. The ski bus stop is right outside the front door, and also by car it is only 4 minutes to the valley station of the gondola. Jörg always responded quickly and comprehensively, even with helpful tips. We will be super happy to come back!
