Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Studio apartment completely renovated in 2020, consisting of two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. Apartment in the center of St. Moritz, complete with every comfort, WI-FI and Swisscom TV, ski room, large private terrace. Equipped with a large indoor pool, sauna, steam room and fitness area; all completely free. Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

The Green Room - close to the ski lifts

Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

Haus Natura

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.

The spacious apartment with balcony is located on the third floor of the B&B and can accommodate up to 3 people. The fantastic roof terrace with mountain views conveys a pure holiday feeling. A homemade breakfast can also be booked directly on site (if the B&B is open). For bookings for 4-5 people, another bedroom with a king size bed can be rented next door (separate listing).
