This place was perfect for a weekend get away. It’s the perfect distance from downtown south haven. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the downtown then this is the place you’re looking for. Bill was very nice to give us recommendations on what to do as well!

Wow! Remarkable service all the way around and their home is perfect for that home away from home feel. Truly wonderful experience!

I am still going to give a 5 star review regardless of a couple issues we had. First of all the house, amenities, and outside area are excellent and as described. The location feels very private and it is what we were looking for. We had 3 total issues during our stay, and 2/3 minimum were outside of the owner's control. During our drive in the Benton Harbor area had 60-70mph straight line winds that blew the outside furniture into the driveway. This storm also caused water to bypass a window and get the floor a bit dirty. Owners drove out early next morning and replaced outdoor furniture and I wiped up the water in the house. In the morning we realized the hot water was out. Owners immediately drove back out and investigated. They happened to have a property that was vacant at the time, and gave us access to it to drive there and shower. Overall communication and response was excellent. Owners made us whole, and I would recommend.

Right on the beach and quiet. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. Really enjoyed the quiet weekend getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Peaceful and quiet locations. House was clean and quite cozy. Loved the location. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub provided some much needed relief after the chilly days. We had some difficulty with the keypad but the owners were quick to respond and reached out to assist immediately. Totally would stay again and would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location: The Airbnb is super close to Saug / Douglas (very quick drive to either) if you want to explore the downtown areas but also a bit more “remote” so you don’t have to worry about loud nightlife or neighbors. Amenities: it was well equipped with everything you could need. Coffee maker, washer / dryer, fire pit, etc. Definitely would stay here again.

Jill absolutely exceeded expectations as a host. She was extremely responsive and accommodating to my laundry list of questions as the maid of honor planning her best friend's bachelorette party. She went above and beyond to help me find a place for boat renting outside of the typical rentals you can easily find from a Google search. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a great visit we had at Amanda’s place!! She was so helpful with communication before and during our visit! She gave us great recommendations on things to do and see. Her place was perfect for our family and the yard was beautiful! Everything was kept tidy and neat and we had what we needed at her place! Anytime we are in the area we will stay with her and we will definitely recommend her place to our friends and family!

The mother in law suite was perfect for my husband and I during our mini get away. The location was perfectly in the middle where we were able to visit both Holland and Saugatuk. It is smaller than expected but doesn’t feel crowded, it’s the right size for 2 people. The location is very quiet and private, and parking is right by the door. I believe it is a shared space to the house next door, but that was no biggie. As far as the highway noise, didn’t bother us at all. Being from the city, we are used to it but they did have a white noise machine which we tried out and worked well. Quiet, private & clean. 10/10.

Sarah's home is very cute and comfortable- perfect for our stay. We just planned an overnight stay as we visited the Zoo Lantern Festival and arrived late into the evening. The home was very neat and ready for guests. Sarah even had a plaque in the kitchen that said "Welcome Ronald"! Sarah was very quick to respond to any requests or comments that I had, well under an hour and in some cases immediately. Sarah was an excellent host and, I would highly recommend her.

Every experience we have renting this space has been extremely positive. I will continue to go back. It works perfectly for our needs and you couldn't ask for a better host.

Our stay here was great! It was in the perfect location for us to take a short drive to neighboring towns. Downtown South Haven was a quick drive to get to with restaurants/bakeries/cafes/beach that were recommended by Amy! We felt right at home and it was an ideal pick for us to catch some sleep in between our adventure days! The place was clean and provided everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway! Having a responsive host ensuring we had everything we needed has me looking forward to coming back again!

This was a great location. very close to downtown. You could walk downtown rather than trying to find a parking space. The view was great. we didn't have a problem with noise, but we stayed in February so there weren't neighbors. The shops and restaurants were still vibrant and had a good amount of people. The place was very clean and comfortable. had some trouble finding the place. There is a different address on the front of tow building. the correct address was on the door. The hosts were repaonsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

This was the perfect place for us! It was only a few minutes drive from downtown. Could walk to the beach if you wanted. Kitchen had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas due to the time of year but would be so nice in another season. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Beaches are clean and sunsets are beautiful. It's only about a 30 minute or less drive to St. Josephs, Benton Harbor, Saugatuck, Holland. We did them all! Would definitely stay here again!

Felt very peaceful & private, but still just steps away from town. We decided to stay in town very last-minute & extend our trip — Debbie & Jeff were so responsive, flexible, & helpful! Super great spot with tons of room & great hosting space, if that’s what you’re looking for!

This was my third stay at The Loft and there’s a reason I keep coming back for more! The Loft is the perfect little place to stay for a South Haven trip, right in the heart of downtown you are within walking distance of literally any and everything you could possibly want on your trip and the Loft itself is SO cute and cozy.

Great place to stay! Place was very clean and close to bars, restaurants and shopping.

Terrific small condo in a very private, peaceful setting. We throughly enjoyed our time staying at the marina. The condo was furnished beautifully, and had all the necessities of home! Spring Lake is a beautiful town, with a great number of outdoor activities. We would definitely recommend these lodgings.

Brenden is an excellent host! Very kind and helpful in every way. He promptly answered all of our questions. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to the shops, restaurants and park. We will definitely return. Thanks soooo much Brenden!
