“We were in town visiting my husbands family in nearby Northville. As this was my first time in Detroit, we decided that being closer to downtown would give us the chance to more readily explore. I came across Zac & Renee's listing and it looked to fit our needs perfectly. I'll echo what many other guests have stated - communication was prompt and full of all the information necessary. They were proactive and generous with their recommendations. The apartment is fantastic, very comfortable and really quiet. We sank into the couch to read, setup our laptops on the picnic table and generally lounged as much as we explored the town. There were some folks working on the house and we never heard a peep. We got the wonderful bonus of having Taco the cat come visit a few times throughout our stay. He's gentle, sweet and was a great companion. Everything is there for a short or long term stay. Woodbridge Farm will definitely be our top go-to whenever we find ourselves in Detroit.”

“What a jewel of a place! The apartment was sparkling clean, roomy, charming, and close to downtown. We appreciated everything about the apartment, such as the antique radio in the living room, comfortable chairs, private back porch (perfect for morning coffee), and the spacious bathroom (with plenty of towels available and excellent water pressure in the shower). Dave is a friendly and responsive host, too. Thank you, Dave!”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The space was exactly as expected from the pictures. I really appreciated the special touches of items left in the fridge. There was also a pizza cutter (something that I think gets overlooked sometimes), wine glasses and wine opener’s, coffee with French press and pour over! Maybe my favorite thing about the space was the Sonos sound system that was easy to connect with the app. The location was great, I enjoyed being able to explore a little bit on foot. Whole Foods, coffee shops and multiple restaurants are within walking distance. Really safe are and easy entry were a couple of the other nice touches to staying here. Overall, it was a great stay! I look forward to coming back again! Mark was a very friendly host and offered help multiple times when I saw him. I really appreciated all the touch points.”
