We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!
