Sarah’s place was the perfect location for our weekend stayca! The house is well decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Plenty of towels and comfy linens. The backyard is well suited for gathering and entertaining. Absolutely recommend!

A great place for our families to gather (from Michigan, Illinois and Iowa). The house perfectly met our needs.

We had a “girls weekend” which started with a massive thunderstorm and electric outage. Not to fear….the whole house generator took over for the two nights! Just minor inconveniences including downstairs bedroom and stove out, but water, refrigerator, microwave and lights all good. Great location for day trips to Saugatuck, St. Joseph, South Haven. Jacson was very communicative throughout the weekend. Great hot tub!

Great house with an outstanding location! We could walk to everything! The beds were comfy and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!

The place is GORGEOUS. Extremely spacious & as a reader I really dug the window reading nook. We got to see some super cool moths when we arrived & their little eggs. The place had a nice outside seating area which was where we ate most meals & had our morning coffee. It was extremely serene.

The place was absolutely beautiful—clean, cozy, and well-designed. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with the lake just a short walk away. Would definitely love to visit again!

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

This home exceeded our expectations! A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with plenty of seating and overflow areas. Bright, fresh and clean with exceptional detail in every area bth indoors snd outdoors. Our children and grandchildren loved the warm pool (81 degrees) and of course the in-ground jacuzzi was amazing and relaxing. Loved having bikes available to ride to the beaches snd beyond. Downtown South Haven is minutes away; great restaurants, a Speakeasy opens Thursday-Sunday. Farmers Market at the pavilion offers local foods and gifts every Saturday and Wednesday 8am-2pm. Every morning and evening we watched the deer 🦌 just outside the sunroom windows. Our family said that this home set a high bar.

Northern Lights condo is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. You will not find a cleaner rental! There are many thoughtful touches such as bath supplies and local attraction maps. We spent the weekend attending a wedding at the Felt Estate, just 10 minutes away. The condo is in a quiet location and close to all local attractions.

This was such a beautiful place!

Things that are criminally underrated in the listing and reviews: The memory foam mattresses, the temperature controls in every room, and the flock of domestic ducks. That mattress cured my arthritis, eczema, and acne, and the ducks cured my depression. My friend and I were in town from across the state so that she could have surgery. We needed a place that was more quiet and private than a hotel, but still close enough to St. Joseph that we had easy access to food and medical care. Nina's place was exactly that. There is a bit of road noise, since it's directly on a semi-busy road, but the photos clearly show that, so we weren't surprised. Other than that, it was incredibly quiet, and had some lovely white noise from the pond and quiet duck quacks. Nina was always responsive via message, but her check in and check out instructions were so clear that we didn't need to communicate much. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were comfortable. The backyard was fenced in and good to let our small dog run around in.

We had a lovely family reunion at St Joe’s overlook. Kitchen came with literally everything- all sorts of cooking instruments (crock pot, air fryer, toaster etc), spices/oils, and zip lock bags for leftovers. All brand new appliances and ample prep space. We got the pool heated and it was wonderful! Very large size to fit all the family kids. The hot tub was a nice save for the adults who were freezing. Beautiful views from the living room of the river with ample and comfy seating. The home was perfect for a large gathering. We appreciate Evan and Claire hosting us they were always responsive and helpful.

Lovely home, many well thought out perks like fans in upstairs rooms and beach toys for kids! Info said it was an easy short walk to beach so I spent a whole lot more than I usually would. With children it would not be pleasant and is really not a short walk (and is on a semi busy road) & beach is down a whole lot of steps. BUT there are parking spaces so it was fine. Within the house, the steps are fairly steep at parts & there are 2?big ones going into house &!these were hard for my 70 year old mom w knee issues. So if person reading reviews is one of those people, this might not be THE place. That being said, it is very short walk to community pool & host is very responsive & house is beautiful! My mom mostly stayed within first floor including an awesome bed/bath on ground floor. There are games (although I didn’t love the Ouija board 🫣😂) . This would be a great place for multiple family / friends to split cost ;) Its very beautiful & community pool & hot tub are great!

We booked the Nook for our family of 4 and our dog last minute. It is a beautiful little hideaway. The space was perfect for our young children and our dog loved the run outside. The bed linen was lush and the little touches were thoughtful and well received. The space is really lovely, clean, well maintained, had every appliance we could need and was the perfect getaway be or us all. The location is good and everything was very close and walkable. We would stay again.

This place was exactly as the photos and more! Great location, parking right outside and thought of everything on the inside. 10/10 would recommend.

Lisa is a top notch hostess! We mistakenly arrived a day early! I know, how is that even possible, right? 😂 We made a mistake lol! We were in town to celebrate of 5th wedding anniversary. Lisa was so sweet! She tried to help us find a place to stay nearby. The home was very clean and accommodating. Great location. We even walked a little over a mile to town to have ice cream. 🍨Our pups loved being able to romp and play in the yard. Lisa was very responsive during our entire stay. We usually come to Holland a couple of times a year and will definitely try to stay at Tulip Cottage during future visits. Thank you Lisa for making our stay a beautiful one. Blessings to you! We enjoyed a beautiful mid-week getaway in the gorgeous setting of the lavender farm. House was so fun and modern. Since it was off-season, the surrounding towns were peaceful. Enjoyed some great meals locally and hiked the 6-mile dunes loop. Couldn't ask for a better time.

You can tell a lot of time and energy was put in to make this Airbnb great. The artwork is great. Super nice to have the basics provided like olive oil, salt/pepper, an umbrella, and coffee beans. The whole place is amazing but especially liked the outdoor part. It’s very private, and comfortable to eat dinner outside, sit around the fire pit or enjoy the hot tub. The perfect airbnb for a couples trip as you have your own private spaces.

Loved staying here! It was comfortable, had more than enough room, and it wasn't far from town or the beach-so there was a lot to do! Diane left us some suggestions on restaurants and places to visit, made sure there were some welcome snacks, and was an all-around great host!

This was the 2nd time staying at the treehouse and it was even more lovely than the 1st time. The space is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Charles and Jeremy went out of their way to communicate details to make our stay even better. We love it here and hope to return again someday.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nesting Nook!! This was our family’s very first AirBnb… and it was amazing. Our trip was planned last minute, and Lakeshore Vacation Homes made it super special and stress-free. If we are to come back to the area, we would 100% stay here again. Would recommend to anyone! Walkable to downtown Saugatuck and to Kalamazoo lake AND a quick drive to Lake Michigan. The location was perfect, the neighborhood is gorgeous, and the neighbors were incredibly nice. Plenty of amenities (toaster, full fridge, spices, towels, beach chairs, etc). LOVE IT!!! Would rate it more than 5 stars if possible.
