Loved the uniqueness of this property, which was both charming and comfortable. Beautiful grounds, great location that was walkable to shops, beach, lighthouse, eateries, etc. Would gladly stay again!

Very cool place! Less than a mile from downtown, totally walkable. They have a cooler and beachbag. I believe the building was originally an old school and was redone into a bunch of units. It looks awesome inside! High ceilings, tall windows. We did not have opportunity to enjoy all the extras available in the buillding and will have to stay again for longer.

The location is perfect — just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and fun of downtown. The home was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a fantastic bonus and made our trip even more relaxing. Highly recommend for a convenient and enjoyable getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and welcoming, with plenty to enjoy. We especially appreciated the pool table, it was a great way to relax and reconnect. The host was incredibly responsive, which made everything even smoother. A truly memorable experience all around. We want to come back!

We've stayed here a few times and keep coming back. Great location and amenities along with a stocked fire pit and a hot tub. What more could you ask for? Hannah is the best!

Michelle is a great host who cares about her guests. She takes her role as a host very seriously. Next time I am in Grand Rapids, I will be staying with Michelle.

Really nice and clean apartment in a safe area. The inside is a little smaller than we thought from the photos but there's lots of outdoor space. Saugatuck is super adorable as well.

Great stay with John and Bryan! We loved how close and easy the walk into DT Saugatuck was, and DT Douglas was just a short drive away! The space was great and perfect for the two of us. Having the koi pond and sound of water right next to the deck was great and we enjoyed the use of the hot tub and pool! Just wish we’d been up for getting a fire going, but we jammed a lot into our 3 full days there. Definitely make sure you’re up to the stairs, they are the only way in and out. Overall we were happy we chose this spot for our extended weekend in town. Would definitely book with John and Bryan again. Cheers and thanks for having us! Mike & Tina

Great place, very walkable to restaurants and shops. It was very clean and clutter free inside. Nice view of the river. The hosts were very helpful with instructions about the property. I would recommend this place, and I would go back the next time I am in Sagatuck.

This is the perfect location if you want things to be walkable and nearby. We truly felt as if the photos for the listing didn’t even do this place justice. The parking spot is tight, so I would take the suggestion of bringing a smaller vehicle but both the parking provided and street parking was otherwise easily accessible. You can see the water from the door and the window seat was great for downtown views and people watching. This was also a great spot to see other little towns, as well if you wanted to venture out and in the summer the farmer’s market is walkable. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well. The space was also very clean and we felt safe in the area even late at night. We would definitely stay here, again!

This place was perfect walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and a quick 10 minute drive to Oval beach. Perfect amount of space for the two of us to enjoy our stay in Saugatuck. Clean space and exactly as pictured. Thanks Alana!

Perfect location and so convenient. Isabel’s market is right I the parking lot which was really great. Christine and James place is so quiet and so many amenities. Close to everything and very comfortable. The outdoor space was really nice. Just a great place!!

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

Great little place. We had issues with the ac unit the first day (probably the first time the air has been on for the season since it was unusually warm outside) but host was responsive and resolved the issue to the best of their ability. Beds are super comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. Right in the center of town and unbeatable views.

Words can’t even describe how wonderful our stay was at Sara’s place. The home itself was adorable, as well as what her and her husband have done with the garden and surrounding area. The location was wonderful, far enough away where we felt like we could enjoy nature and not be overwhelmed by people, but close enough to drive into Saugatuck/Douglas and South Haven without feeling inconvenienced in the slightest. Sara herself was so kind and welcoming, and had a plethora of recommendations and knowledge of the surrounding area that truly helped and impacted our trip. Just getting to speak to her, you can tell how much she genuinely cares about giving her guests a good experience. My boyfriend and I are already discussing when we can stay here again!

This is a quaint studio apartment that is very nicely decorated. Space was very clean and easy to navigate. Stairs are a little steep and the bathroom is on the smaller side as a warning. Kitchen is pristine and there was filtered water in the fridge that was very much appreciated! This is a great spot for one or two people to stay. Parking was relatively easy, just on a hill (so have your parking break ready!). Also loved the close access to the city without being directly in the middle of it. It was nice to come back to the quiet of the neighborhood at the end of the day and only be a five minute drive to a great coffee shop in the morning.

Colleen was great. Quick to communicate and even answered questions about the area for a Goosechase my group had as a part of our conference. She was awesome when I realized I left a bag behind and had to go back to get it.

A home away from home. The hosts were amazing! Super easy to reach and were extremely helpful. This was the perfect place for our stay!

What a cute and cozy apartment with all the little special extra touches! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so comfortable. The apartment is close to downtown shopping and restaurants which was a bonus. Pamela and Doug were friendly and helpful and they have created a space that makes for a relaxing and perfect vacation getaway. Certainly one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have stayed at! Everything looks exactly like the pictures and the apartment is very well stocked and full of personal touches. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

This unit was very comfortable and very spacious. It really has everything you need - towels galore, pool and beach amenities (chairs,noodles,cooler,etc), cleaning products, extra mirrors, cords, kitchen stuff - even those toiletries that you might have forgotten. The beds and bedding were very comfortable which is always lovely on a vacation! Patricia was so easy to work with and always answered my questions quickly. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The beach was mostly deserted so I felt like it was my private beach! The walkway down to the beach is paved and renting the golf cart made it even more of an adventure to go up and down that hill! I plan to be back!

This was the by far the nicest airb&b we have stayed at! Super squeaky clean condo that was so well appointed with anything/everything you could need. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, amazing kitchen and sweet little balcony with fire pit. We would love to come back and spend more time here! Walking distance to downtown holland…..you are in the heart. This was comfort luxury top notch! Hosts very friendly, responsive and accommodating.

The apartment is in a great location and has everything you would need. As the description states it is an older home with lots of charm and is surprisingly spacious. Our family of 2 adults and 2 young children loved exploring the area and having this as a launch pad for our stay. Wesley was very responsive and flexible when we needed a little extra time to check out and had offered an early check in too. I don't doubt if we mentioned anything else that we needed or were concerned about that it would have been taken care of.

Overall good stay in Saugatuck! Walkable to everything and right by the water, location and communication was great. My only note is that the Air BnB could use a little deeper cleaning, specifically around the doors and floorboards. But all in all good!
