Just returned from another great stay at Kayla’s place. Everything was fantastic, the backyard pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We also really appreciate Kayla’s responsiveness. Looking forward to returning next year!

Solen was an amazing host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She even brought us a brand-new can opener when we needed one! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

This place was just as lovely as the pictures described. Joanna was very responsive and her place was immaculate. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and were near many great locations and restaurants. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Can’t say enough great things about heather &Steve’s place. House was beautiful and perfect for our family. Short drive to the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and hope to be back!

Coastal Breeze was the perfect getaway! The saltwater pool was the highlight—clean, refreshing, and so relaxing, we spent hours there every day. The home and yard were cozy and peaceful, and Christina and John were wonderfully responsive and flexible, making our stay seamless. If you have kids, this place is a must. All the things you could need were provided for a trip to the beach and tons of floties if you wanted to relax by the pool. Highly recommend!

Host was very accommodating - answered immediately even on this holiday weekend! Older home was very comfortable- clean and plenty of room - had all amenities needed - bed was very comfortable - great nights sleep - quiet neighborhood - close to everything! Would recommend and stay again - thank you!

The house is really spacious and well equipped. In the areanarenmany restaurants and beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is calm and quiet.

we stayed 5 days the space was clean with no traffic we where 5 min from the beach and seconds from food we have stayed at many Airbnb this one stood out with the provided beach towels umbrella beach chairs sunscreen everything needed to cook with the place had everything needed I dont even want to say it but the only thing missing was a. beach cooler but that's not the host responsibility thanks for a great stay hope to return next year

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was a perfect fit for our family. The layout was great, comfortable rooms, kitchen was complete with everything you need for cooking. Our communication with Sheila was excellent. Will definitely come back again! Thanks for helping us enjoy a wonderful Spring Break!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and the patio with pool is very private! The house is close to the beach (about 10-13min drive )and just within 5 min drive to nearest grocery shops. Side note, a huge thank you to Virginia! She was very helpful when we ran into a small issue and overall she’s very responsive and friendly host! Thank you so much for having us!!

Place is perfect for a family. David and Betsy provided all the things we needed for our little ones (pack and plays, baby gates, baby beach tent, etc.) Communication from host was also quick. Loved having access to a pool too. Less than 10 minutes from the beach. Would likely stay here again if we came back to Sarasota!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

It was a nice clean place. I would definitely stay at Robert's place again. It right around the corner from St. Armands Circle and close to beach. They had everything you need for your stay houseware and beach stuff.

Had a great experience. The house is bright and cozy. The landscaping is beautiful and private. Got lots of use out of the grill. Location is great, walking distance to Main Street and there's a free trolley to Lido Beach. Vera was very friendly and helpful and made some great restaurant suggestions.

Our stay was so easy and enjoyable! Dior’s place is so cute and very clean. We were able to walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so nice to have our private beach access right down the sidewalk, and right beside the pool! We were also so glad that she was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit Siesta!

This is a great house. Immaculately clean. Thoughtful furnishings you dont often see in other rental homes in this area that make staying easier and more enjoyable (e.g., spices, oil, laundry detergent, sunscreen, extra TP, etc,). Just the right balance of furniture - zero clutter but it doesnt feel sterile. Bed in primary bedroom is very comfortable! Lanai is huge and positioned beautifully on a large canal. You could easily never leave the house and just enjoy the amazing pool and lanai. But when you do leave the house, its very easy to get to shops and restaurants. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

This is our second stay at this beautiful home. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and is very quiet and just a great place to unwind. I highly recommend staying here the home was very clean and has everything you need just bring your clothes and food and enjoy the pool! Darcy is wonderful and will definitely be booking again.

This house was so perfect for all of our needs. It was very clean. Wonderful to be able to use a garage. All the needs for the beach you could think of were provided. The neighborhood was unfortunately hit by the hurricane however, you can see the repairs being done and how beautiful things will be again once they’re finished. The turtle restaurant was exceptional! The staff was incredibly friendly, quick, and always checking to see that the needs were met. A quick one minute maybe two walk. We used the barbecue grill, which was very convenient. The multiple laundry machines were a great addition for travel. Any question I had for Monika, she was very quick to respond and take care of any need. I highly recommend this home and owner if you would like to have a wonderful stay on Siesta Key that is wonderfully quiet with relatively uncrowded beaches, depending on the day.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay. The house provided plenty of room for our family of six adults and two kids. There are several nice features in the home including multiple deck spaces to relax in and a large pool and hot tub. The house was very well equipped and organized. Also, the location was away from traffic noise and advantageously situated on the north end of the Key avoiding the heavy traffic that occurs on the south end. Better advanced communication and more prompt responses to a few issues we discovered upon arrival would have made the experience more enjoyable. In the course of our month long stay we were able to address most of the issues and the host accommodated our concerns. We are planning on staying again next year.

I had the pleasure of staying here with my family and dog, this beautiful home was very well supplied from kitchen to the bathroom, living room the decor in the home is beautiful the welcome flowers and note, in Awe! . My kids loved to play the putt putt and go in the jacuzzi, they were not brave enough to do the cold plunge but I was able to conquer it and it was great! The rooms and beds were comfortable, I loved that this home was pet friendly and had a doggie bowl out and ready the house was GREAT! We love that it was 15 minutes away from everything we did and the beautiful beaches. All in all it was an amazingly beautifully put together home that left my family and I with ideas of decor to backyard ideas. Erinn was a wonderful host and is quick to respond when you need her. Thank you and we plan to hopefully come back again in the summer.
